Dr. Governale is an exceptional dentist and has been taking care of my dental needs for many years. All of the associates are very compassionate and caring and go above and beyond to make my office visit very pleasant. Any questions that I have, they are all at the ready to share their knowledge and make sure that I understand and am able to make the best decision for my dental services. The office environment is immaculately clean and fresh. I gladly drive over and hour to receive this exceptional service!

I have used a few Dentists through the years and Dr. Governale has been the best, along with his professional and caring staff. They care about your needs and especially your teeth.

Dr Governale is the only dentist I will go to in Natchitoches! I am not a fan of dentists because of past experience as a child. But Dr Governale is very thorough and caring. I have never had pain from any procedures and that is awesome. The staff is very friendly and will try to accommodate your needs in any way they can! If you are in need of a good dentist, you will be very pleased with him!

They did a good job on the work they did my problem with this place is they dont care about the people at all, all they care about is money. They r extremely high but it's worth it if they care and do good work. The care part is nonexistent. I found Dr Warren n many that will xray and give antibiotics for $29.

My husband went in to have a crown reseated. I verified the price before making the appointment and then they charged him double after seeing him. I do not recommend this place.

So my mom was looking for a dentist to take my niece, she randomly stops at this place to see if they accept kid patients. When we walked in there was no one at the desk, stood there for a couple of minutes and then someone comes from the back. She immediately blurts out "we don't accept Medicaid and Medicare" before we can even ask her anything. No greeting or anything . No "hi how are you , what can I help you with today ? " NOTHING. So my mom says well I didn't ask you that and she's(my niece) not on Medicaid or Medicare. My mom pulls out my niece insurance card to show her and the lady immediately gets friendly. "Oh hey ma'am we can actually see her today If you'd like" by them we are already disgusted and decided not to. Moral of the story is she stereotyped us because we were Black. They will NEVER get my services and I'll be sure to let my friends know about these hidden racist. Every black persons is NOT on Medicaid, some of us actually have degrees , nice jobs and careers. And INSURANCE that we PAY for, don't be that ignorant white person who's grandparents taught them to hate everything black. It's 2018 not 1950.

This dentist was able to get my husband in the day I called being that he was going out of town for the work the next day. They did a great job on fixing his tooth and were very nice.
