Dr. Gossett is awesome. Second day after tooth abstraction and zero pain. Dr. Gossett was caring and let me know everything he was doing and made my time of my tooth being pulled as comfortable for me as possible I'm also 8 months pregnant. I recommend him.

My daughter was referred to Gossett by her dentist to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She was in immense pain BUT when she called this very unconcerned dental office she was told no appt til 5-4 & that was ONLY for a consultation! I would NEVER recommend them

Extremely disappointed with the service. Appointment was postponed over a month without reason and then when I did show for the appointment, they changed dentist without any prior notification (I specifically requested the dentist that ended up not being available). A long waste of time trying to get some work done. This office should be ashamed of their poor service!

Dr. Rozanski was amazing. Overall wonderful experience. Only issue was with the billing and insurance portion. Listed on the claim that I had other dental insurance and tried to list my medical insurance as dental insurance. Had to pay an additional 300$ more than the estimate that they provided to me.

I have severe anxiety and was absolutely terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed but the staff here were incredible. They made the day of surgery smooth and easily. They made me feel super comfortable and relaxed going in. My recovery has been nearly painless so far! I highly recommend this place!

Our son had his wisdom teeth removed. He has sensory issues and he had major issues with it during consult and before the procedure. The team of Dr. Rozanski were amazing to say the least! Not only were they very professional but they were extremely patient and showed compassion for our son. I highly recommend!

My son had all four wisdom teeth removed here. Dr Rozanski was beyond awesome. She explained everything to my son and answered any questions or concerns he had. Following the surgery she called that night to check on him and provided a phone number in case we had any issues over the weekend. No issues with insurance or billing as others have stated. Would highly recommend Gossett!

Having a toothache and needing an extraction wasn't high on my list of things I wanted to do this week. Fortunately, I was referred to Gossett Implant and Oral Surgery in Schertz. Dr. Rozanski and her team treated me with excellent care and a little bit of humor. They are so efficient, I literally was in and out in 30 minutes with a clean extraction, no pain, and a cute bag filled with anything I could need for my after care. The doctor herself called me that evening to check on my progress. Really a great experience under trying circumstances!

Hands down the best oral surgery I've ever had. Painless, quick and everybody is incredibly friendly. I would 100% recommend coming here for all your dental surgery needs.

I had a great experience for my wisdom teeth removal. Not many can say that I bet. The Doctor and the office laid out a plan on my first visit and there was a quick turnaround for the surgery appointment. Day of the surgery went very smooth. I was awake, then I wasn't, then it was done. Minimal pain experienced which I accredit to the Doctor for doing such a good job. Recovery was smooth. Everything they planned fell into place well. Prescriptions all handled without issue. Payment was smooth and less than I anticipated. Very nice assistants throughout all my appointments and I was well taken care of by the entire staff. I would highly recommend this location if you're in need of their services.

Most people do not look forward to oral surgery and implants. If you have to have it done, you want the best service at a fair price. You'll get this and more at Gosset. They have friendly, professional, accommodating staff; a very clean, comfortable environment; provide exceptional service; and have convenient, timely appointments. I am very happy with everything about them to include the results.

My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed mid-November and the surgery/recovery went very well. Policy calls for cash up front, and insurance reimburses you. Almost Fevruary now, and insurance company has not received the invoice. I've called 3 times, and am told that their billing department is outsourced. Beyond frustrating!

I was terrified to have my wisdom teeth extracted but Dr. Rozanski and her team made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring! The procedure was quick and my healing process has been generally painless. I am very thankful and will recommend them in the future!
