Not upfront with their billing. Every medical, dental, and vision appt I've ever been involved with discussed billing with me before the visit. I was surprised w a copay for a consult, but I paid it. They even apologized that no one told me about the cost of the consultation when booking the appointment. Then I received another bill in the mail for an additional amount, so I called and the woman on the phone stated "they do their best to estimate what the copay is going to be but sometimes the insurance processes it differently than they expected". When I paid my initial copay due at visit, she didn't mention that my copay was only an estimate and that I may receive a bill for an additional amount. They run insurance in the office so not sure why it ended up being a different amount later on. It's not a high amount, but I am not pleased with the lack of communication on their part and I feel like I'm being milked for every penny possible. I don't have a problem with paying for what I am responsible for, I'm just unimpressed with the lack of transparency. Our dentist referred us, so I didn't bother reading the reviews before taking my son to this appt but I wish I had because I see this is a common issue with them.

I had trauma to my face from on accident. My front teeth looked ruined dr and staff took incredible care of me! Got me in quick made sure I was comfortable! My teeth are back where they should be couldn't be happier with any doctor or staff. Unbelievably great care!!

Not upfront with pricing. They say they will not charge you, but then surprise you with a $200 bill at the end of the consultation. Not kosher at all! They also call in prescriptions at the consultation basically assuming you will go with them for the surgery. We ended up going elsewhere. We decided if they are not upfront in the beginning what the heck are they going to do in the end? No thank you!

Very unprofessional insurance handling. Had an appointment set up weeks in advance and was told they take my insurance only to hear on the day of that they don't take my insurance policy and I will have to come up with more money out of pocket just to be seen not including the treatment. Having to hear that a few hours before my visit is definitely a bad look for this company.

I have referred patients to Dr. Gossett and his staff for over 20 years. The office is professional, clean and everyone is friendly. The staff and doctor will take the time to explain any procedure that is recommended. I have never had a patient of mine come back and tell me they were not 100% happy with the way they were treated. I highly recommend them and will continue to do so.

My husband was referred to these doctors for an extraction. It took him over and hours and 20 minutes to get there. He said everyone was friendly and the assistant/ nurse even remembered he was from a longer distance. That means a lot these days, as it is a sign of not only listening but caring. Most offices make people nervous ir anxious but not here. Straight up folks. Dr Jenkins was not in a hurry, took the time to explain and offer options. Just can't recommend them any more than I do.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is a scam. They ran my insurance prior to the oral surgery, stated that my insurance would pay $600+ and I would owe $338, so sure, great, I will happily pay that, and I did. On the day of my surgery, I walked in, paid my portion and specifically asked "Is this all I need to pay" And the girl up front said Yes ma'am the rest is covered by insurance. Well of course, here we are 2 months later and they are calling to say my insurance only paid $67. HOW YOU CAN YOU BE THAT OFF AND WHY WAS IT NOT TOLD TO ME THAT THE COST WAS JUST AN ESTIMATE. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL END UP PAYING MUCH MORE THAN THEY QUOTE YOU.

had the most amazing experience here . I was ferried to get my wisdom teeth out and had the most amazing nurse in pink scrubs who calmed me down. i remember crying afterwards because i missed her so much hahah . if i could get my wisdom teeth out again i definitely would i had such a great time here. also the staff even wrote me a get well soon card !

Dr. Gossett is a true professional, friendly and explains everything he intends to do. I had a molar extraction on the lower jaw that was painless. His nursing staff and medical assistants were kind and highly qualified. I intend to have an implant and that was fully explained and relatively inexpensive compared to many of the implants done on my friends. I highly recommend Gossett Implant & Oral Surgery.

I went in for a consultation with Dr. Gossett, even though my wait period was long I was pleased with how nice the whole team was from the moment I arrived. The front desk associate answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything that was going to take place within the office and with my insurance. The associate who took my xrays and other information was so sweet, and relatable telling me about her days in Germany and coming to the USA and it made me feel like I could trust her and the doctor. Dr. Gossett was also very patient and made sure I understood everything that was going on with would take place during my surgical extractions of all 4 wisdom teeth. The day of my surgery I arrived early and they were able to fit me in at an earlier time and again everyone was patient and trusting and calmed my nerves. Even the surgery took only 15 minutes! I couldn't believe it! The price was also something that I would recommend b/c I had quotes from different doctors and it was extremely high but the price I paid with Clark and Gossett was very reasonable and didn't put the extra burden of how can I afford this on my mind. I've never had a dental experience like I've had at Clark and Gossett and I'm truly thankful to have oral surgeons like them.

Their billing department needs to be better trained! They insisted that I paid them on the spot $1,058.00. I hate doing this because the Dr.s offices never get it right and sure enough I now have to wast my time getting my money back, and they take their sweet time doing it. They over charged me by $530. Two calls to the office have not resolved the matter. The receptionist cannot help and the manager is conveniently not there, and I can only assume refuses to return my call since I haven't heard from her. I wish they just return the money back they pretty much stole by their poor billing practices. Check your EOB's you too probably have a credit.
