Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. They want to give you an appointment at 8:00 am when you work and you ask later for another day so that there is a peak later and they only tell you there isn't. And that I'm not going for anything I need a crown and a root canal. And all because they filled a tooth that did not occupy filling but the crown. (Original) Yo voy a esra clinica desde hace un anos y las muchachas que estaban antes, Joana, Martha . Muy buenas en atenderte, y ayudarte con tus citas, pero ahora ni hablan espanol, no te ayudan y aparte muy mala atencion. Y les dices que a esa hora no puedes ir y te dicen no hay y de ahi no pasan . Te quieren dar citasva las 8:00 am cuando trabajas y pides mas tarde otro dia que haya un pico mas tarde y solo te dicen no hay. Y eso que no voy por por cualquier cosa necesito una corona y un root canal. Y todo por que me rellenaron una muela que no ocupaba relleno sino la corona.

I had hardly any wait time which was nice. The only down side was that my visit felt rushed and my concern with my crown being a food trap was brushed off for the next visit.

My son got braces here but my issue is that we are told to be here like 15 minutes prior to appointment time only to seat and wait for 40 minutes after appointment time. They really need to be more considerate of people's time and honor appointment times instead of over booking to a point they are short staffed and cannot see patients on time.
