I have been a patient for over 20 years when his father was the primary dentist. I just called to make an appointment for a cleaning and was told they don't have an appointments until June 2022. I asked if there was an any exceptions for a long time patient and the scheduler didn't care. I told her I guess I'll be looking for a new dentist and her response was "okay good luck". I wonder if Dr. Michael knows this. Well he just lost 3 patients. 04/30/2022 This is a response to the review above. 3 days after I posted the above review, I received a phone call from the office with an appointment for the next week. While I'm sure most of the office knew I was the one who posted the review I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I wrote a response because google notified me that the post had over 500 views. I just wanted anyone else who saw the review to know the result of leaving review and the accommodations that Dr. Mike made to for me.

Staff are nice. Been going here about 18yrs. Never seen an African American work here tho. Dr Mike is great with fixing your teeth but he always put me off on his wife that doesn't know what she's doing. Every time she does something to my teeth the problem is still there and when I ask to be on Dr Mike schedule they always say he's booked

Honestly, everyone is nice and go above and beyond, not a huge practice, so sometimes that office gets busy, and I'm sure the ladies at the front do their best to keep this practice running smoothly. I love this dentist. That are fair and to the point and get you in fast. Thanks.

I HATE THE DENTIST!! Only thing in life I fear. However, the staff here puts you at ease and is professional and courteous. The dental tech I had today was great! Knew I was anxious and she kept me informed of what they were doing and reassured me. If your have fear of dentist, check this team out

I've been to multiple dentists over the years, a lot of my teeth need a lot of work. Dr. Lee has been my dentist since I started coming here, he has been the best dentist I have ever been to. Very very understanding, and listens to every problem I've had in the past. I highly recommend this office! All the staff at this off is amazing!

Highly effective dental cleaning staff with excellent bedside manner. After multiple visits I definitely like how thorough they are with my X rays and fillings. To top it off Dr. Holly makes sure you're NOT in pain and explains herself quite well. Seeing as I know very little about dentistry, she takes her time to educate me when I'm concerned or ignorant. That's important and I appreciate it. Here's to flossing every night so I can forget about getting another filling!

I believe his name is dr lee if im saying it correctly. He is an amazing dentist very nice polite listens to you when you speak with him. Overall this is the best place I've been to so far that have done what i have suggested i wanted done hes great thanks for everything so far look forward to rest of my treatment plan

Everyone that works there are super polite and helpful. The Dr and the assistants always listen to what you need. They do great dental work.

Had a very painful molar which had bad cavity formed. Didn't have a dentist at the time so I called all local vineland dentist. Micheal gorsen dental office was the only dentist that showed they cared about taken care of my tooth pain I was experiencing. The friendly staff put me on hold for only 2 mins. When they returned back on the phone I was pleased to hear that they made me an appointment to come in and see the dentist in only 2 hrs from my call. Upon arrival the staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with!!! The dentist evaluated my tooth and said beyond my belief he would be able to save it. By 1 I was back in the office and received a root canal and rebuild of my damaged molar . No pain at all and was made to feel very comfortable threw the whole experience!!! Price was reasonable and care was unmatched Highly recommend to anyone who wants a good dentist and excellent service pleases to have found a great dentist for me and my family

I'm without insurance. Called 5 local Dentists & asked for a price of a filling. I got from $200.00 to $400.00 depending on the size.I had a large filling fall out. PLUS the cost of an X-ray. Gorson was less than half including the X-ray. Everyone working was so pleasant so sweet & I couldn't be happier with the results.

After a traumatizing experience at another dentist, I called Dr. Gorsen's office to make an appointment. I went here as a kid, so I felt more comfortable. The staff was great at the front desk, greeted me with a smile and took care of my insurance, etc. I filled out my paperwork and was taken right back by Tamara. While telling her about my dental history, I explained that because of my last dentist visit I have a ton of anxiety about the dentist. She was amazing. Very patient, gentle, and explained everything she did before she did it. She even took the time to pull up images on the computer to show me some things about gums that are difficult to explain to patients. As the appointment went on, my anxiety lessened and I felt relaxed by the time we were done. She was phenomenal, and I am actually excited to go back and have my next appointment. I feel as though I am in great hands. Thank you, Tamara. You're a Godsend.
