Dr Geick is the most professional, caring, knowledgeable dentist that I have had in my 80 or so years of seeing dentists. He is extremely precise in all that he does. His staff admire his professionalism and careful care of treatment and the way he communicates with his patients. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. God bless this wonderful man. Going to Dr. Geick for care is a first-class experience. Awesome personalized attention from the moment you walk in. He and his excellent team are focused on helping you maintain your best smile- their whole-body approach to care includes a thorough examination and recommended products for optimal health (like night guards). Dr. Geick listens to you. You are not a number to him or his staff- they become like family. I have been going here for over ten years now and have loved the experience. Painless treatments with your comfort in mind- his restorative work borders on artistry with the amount of time and care he invests. Highly recommended!

Not a trustworthy dentist, does work that is not covered by my insurance without consulting me first or finding out what is covered. The work that I've never heard of being done by any other dentist, absolutely ridiculous. Recommends to do a procedure but on the last second says it may not fix the issue I'm having, and which ofcourse it didn't and may have made it worse. Charges a lot more than any other dentist that I've ever been to but work is mediocre at best. States that my insurance covers 80% and I pay the remaining 20% in the office, just to see some other unknown bills come in. Will definitely not go back to this dentist.

After a few years of not seeing a dentist, I visited Dr Geick. He was very personable and thoroughly explained my treatment plan. His staff is excellent and very friendly.

Dr. Geick is simply the best for any dental needs. He's very personable, not pushy on anything and his work is exceptional. I had a bad experience at another dentist when I had a filling break and after they couldn't fix it, I went straight to Dr. Geick. He did a great job, understood my issue and smoothed it down until we could get a longer appointment. He is booked out a ways but its simply because his work is top notch. I won't waste my time with another dentist, there's a reason his waiting room has so many awards!

Great dentist! Everyone was friendly. Very thorough exam with detailed explanation. They checked in on me often to make sure I understood what needed to be done and to make sure I wasn't overwhelmed. I would definitely recommend them!

I and my family have been using the service of Dr. Geick's office over last 24 years and as compared with several dental services I had used in CT and MA, his office is unequivocally the best, period. Due to our company health insurance change, I briefly changed to another dental service who was in-network but the service and quality was much inferior to that of Dr. Geick's. Thus I switched back to Dr. Geick's office again even his office is out network and I have to pay a little more, and it is absolutely worth it.

I truly love this place. I definitely dreaded going to the dentist; (my last dentist have ZERO bedside manner.) Everyone at Dr. Geick's office is amazing. They explain everything and are extremely nice throughout the whole process.

At first I thought this place was fantastic. Dr. Geick and his hygienists are very kind to my two children, who'm are patients, and the front office staff: Lina and Jacqueline had always been polite. That is until one of our routine cleanings left me with a bill I didn't understand. When I called the office, I was not offered help, only told to contact my insurance company. In fact which ever woman I was speaking to, kept trying to talk over me and eventually hung up on me. It was extremely unprofessional, to say the least. I still didn't know what the services were that were not covered. I did of course also end up talking to the Insurance company who was very happy to clarify for me why we had received a bill. A routine service they provide, wasn't covered under my insurance. No Problem, but how am I to know if during our preventative cleanings, what will be covered if the dentist tells me they are doing a routine service? Insurance asked me to request a 'pre-estimate' before each visit. *when I requested this at the office, as suggested by the insurance company, I was told by Lina that she was unwilling, I repeat UNWILLING to provide this for me. Not that she was unable, but she DID NOT WANT to. This is the opposite of customer service. She was more willing to quickly hand over my records to go to another dentist office, losing two patients than to simply ask in advance if the services they provide at our visit would be covered or not. This small action would help to prevent unforeseen costs my family can not afford. We will take our business elsewhere. I'd rather drive an extra couple of miles to get good customer support.
