We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, most major credit cards, or Care Credit.

I had a dental emergency (split tooth) & was terrified. Dr. Haag and his wonderful staff were so gentle & caring and tip toed me through a PAINLESS root canal!!! Our dentist of 40 years retired and we were looking for a new home. We tried one recommended on Yelp. Probably not the best source for something like this. Ended up being recommended to Dr. Haag by some good friends. Great recommendation! Everyone in the office took very good care of us on our first visits and we felt right at home the whole time. I think we found our new dentist!

My family has been coming here for years!! The staff is always SO Friendly & HELPFUL keeping me informed if any work is covered by insurance or not!! There's no surprise when the bill/statement comes!! Most kids are afraid of the Dentist but all 4 of my kiddos LOVE Dr.Hagg he always has the best jokes & my kiddos always come out of the office smiling w/healthy clean teeth!! Thanks Dr. Hagg & the whole Amazing staff!!
