Edit - Someone from the front office called me back and soothed my feathers. She promised to figure out if this will impact my credit score and get it removed if it does which was my biggest concern. This place better keep her, she fixed it RUN AWAY from this office... Have been going to them for years and am DONE with them after the last few experiences (super long wait times to be seen, left forever in front to pay, seeing people out of order of arrival) but especially after today. I needed an extraction in Sep, they told me I had credit from previous work and that was applied to bill and I paid the difference. It is now early Nov and I am getting a collections bill from the work in Sep because their office did not properly apply the credit. I called the office and they said I owed nothing so the agency would not be collecting anything further. This shouldn't have gone to collections a) on such short notice and b) when my account truly did not have anything due. The entire conversation I was gaslit when I asked what office procedures could allow this to happen and not once did I receive an apology. When I asked for some documentation that this was all removed from my account the documents showed that the recall from collectors didnt happen until I called so there is a huge disconnect between what their system says we owe and what they send to collections. Not the office it used to be

The worse dentist office EVER! I thought it's close to my house and had available appointments than most. So I booked 6 months ahead of time and provided all my insurance information. We arrived and after they had me do everything online they said they didn't have it, then after the X-rays they kept me waiting while they verified insurance, I get it I advised them I had dual but I for sure know my insurance covered the cleaning, why didn't they stay with that while they verified the second. So frustrated wasted two hours to just sit and wait. I mean really! NEVER AGAIN, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND HEADACHE!

Worst place I've ever been. I have an insurance plan so they called them to work out prices. $394 for exam and cleaning and I agreed, had work done but my teeth felt all gritty after they were done. I paid in full. Worst of all they started billing me, first $60 then $200 and would not explain what it was for. I get a bill every month but I'm not paying. Stay away!!!!

Stay away! Biller has no idea what she's doing. They overcharged my husband $1,100.00. We eventually got a refund only because I'm a Biller, I caught their errors. Then they tried charging me $97.00 for preauthorized service covered at 100%. The front desk lady that also does billing said she "doesn't know what a preauthorized service means". Are you freaking kidding me?!

My dentist, Kylee Lessar, DMD was incredible and I'm pretty sure Brenna White gave me the best cleaning of my life. My dad was a dentist, so that's hard to beat. Just brought my son in. So happy and relieved.

Paid $5500 for new crowns in 5 of my front teeth. My previous crowns were beautiful and looked like my real teeth, and i had them done because my real teeth were too small and did not look good even after braces. After 17 years, one of them broke on the back. Dentist (not the same one that originally did the crowns, that dentist is in flagstaff) said it needed to be replaced, so I opted to replace them all so they matched. I was assured they would look beautiful. It took 5 visits to the dentist plus 2 visits to Tempe because the crowns were repeatedly just not right and didnt look good. The last fitting, I was leaving the next day for a 6 week trip that the dentist knew about. So I had no choice but to accept the last fitting, or else travel for 6 weeks with a really ugly temporary fitting. They looked ok as far as I could tell. He put them in and one side (a front tooth and the one next to it) are significantly bigger/longer. So my teeth are now lopsided. He said there was no fixing it and that they looked beautiful. They do not. The one cap on the bottom looks like a bulky, giant white cap that just looks awful. My teeth look absolutely horrible after so many hours, so much time off work, so much pain, and so much money. And the dentist was passive aggressive about it every time I went in. I dont have another $5500 to pay another dentist to fix this mess. I'm now stuck with a lopsided ugly mouth full of obvious caps. It's a huge hit to my confidence and I feel extreme anxiety about it daily. I dont like smiling or showing my teeth anymore. Now I'm fighting with them about charging me an office visit for the last visit. And all because they could not get the teeth right. Its unbelievable. Do not use this dentist for front crowns or cosmetic dentistry!

All of you were very nice, listen to my concerns, gentle with me and even stayed way past closing time just to finish my appointment. I'm so glad I switched over to your dentistry. I am bringing my husband and sister over too!

We ie.. my husband and I had appointments today Sept. 16th, at 10:00 am we were sent a text from Smile Generation to make a ( my chart ) account we respectfully did not as we have been hacked, on business websites too often. We went for our appointment and were told because we didn't sign up we could not and would not be seen! I am heart broken because I love Dr. Aston I guess that they have enough patience so they don't need us any more less than one star from me

Amazing work by Dr. Wooff and his dental assistant Melissa! My teeth are definitely a work in progress. The staff have done an amazing job with the work they have already done and have made me as comfortable as possible while I was there. I'm really looking forward to having healthy teeth again. My molars haven't looked this good in 15 years!!! Thanks Good Year Smiles!

Had a crown pop off while I was eating. I was able to save the crown with no damage to it. Called the office and they got me in to see Dr. Ashton within an hour and after 30 min in the office my crown was back on. Great customer service!!!

My bf Came in to get a crown done his appointment was initially at 9 AM and he showed up there at 8:55 He was not called back until about 920 and he was waiting in the room for 30 minutes and nobody came in and checked up on him and gave any updates very unorganized and no communication whatsoever. The Crown was sitting in the room for over 30 minutes and no assistant or no Dr. nobody came in and gave him any updates on what's going on just sitting there clueless this is unacceptable and should not be OK there should be some type of communication between the office and the patient on what's going on at all times. Very disappointing.

Goodyear Smiles is awesome. I went yesterday and from the get go to the end they were very nice. I don't like going to the dentist because of past experiences but here I felt comfortable. They took great care of me.

In short, this place has mis-scheduled 2 of my appointments. No empathy or apologies and allowed me to wait even longer. Made it seem like I did something wrong when I have proof of calling in. I even arrived 30 minutes early. In the past my family has received prior treatment and on 3 different occasions I had to discuss billing discrepancies. I am well rehearsed with what my dental insurance covers and does not. I have proof of their original quotes and then corrected fees after contesting the cost. Interesting enough not all services have been billed to my insurance? Today's exam I asked for the suction and the assistant said no and that I could swallow my spit with the ortho shavings. Its safe. Why not take two seconds and make me feel comfortable as a paying patient. She then signed and eventually did. When the other tech took pictures of my teeth (mind you I'm used to the protective cover sleeve, that has been used in past appointments) she said it's ok that they clean it in between patients. This thing is left on the counter and placed in everyone's mouth? Maybe I'm wrong on this one, since another tech said it's safe. To end my visit, they squeezed me in with a different provider that stated my refills don't need to be redone just monitored. Was this because of time or honesty? 6 months ago my regular dentist took the time to tell, why I should redo my ancient fillings and how important it was for my teeth and that's beneficial to do it when my braces are off. Who's right? Long story..im confused If I hadn't already paid for my retainer/ortho tx I'd be gone.

My girls and I had appointments today and apparently I had the appointment time incorrect. However, when I called back to confirm the appointment, the receptionist wasn't listening. So one of my daughters and I were not able to be seen. I was hesitant to continue because the staff wasn't wearing masks at considering you are dealing with thousands of people vaccinated or not the staff can still pass the virus to others and the result can be devastating to some. While I am rethinking our choice of dentist inside the establishment, I was told my daughter didn't have insurance. Well my thought is why not make me aware of this prior to the appointment, so that I can correct their incorrect information. Then she states they called my insurance and wasn't able to get confirmation. At that point, I just left. I did call them back for them to tell me they see we have insurance and just needed to copy this over to my daughter's file. Why not provide effective customer service at the appointment to ensure your patient is adequately being helped. I cancelled all 6 of my family members appointments and will find a new dentist. This service just makes me wonder about how they feel about certain patients or the lack of care of patients in general.

Stay far, far away or bring lots of cash. I was a new patient today as my insurance changed and I had to find a new dentist. I've had regular dental care every 6 months for my whole adult life. They took more X-rays than I have ever had and then refused to do my cleaning unless I paid them $500 right then and there. So I spent an hour and a half there for nothing:(
