Danielle grew up in the suburbs of Washington D.C. She attended The University of Maryland College of Dentistry to receive her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Her growing love of the profession led her to further pursue her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry.
She has worked as a general/cosmetic dentist on Wall Street for over 10 years, and now has her own family practice here in Greenwich where she plans on staying for the rest of her career. She is active in her profession with membership in the American Dental Association and Greenwich Study club.

Once you visit Goodwin Dental you will be a patient there forever! Dr Goodwin is the best of the best at giving dental care. She is both passionate and joyful at her profession and welcomes her patients as part of the Goodwin Dental family. And by the way, the entire supporting staff follows Dr Goodwins passion for giving the best dental care.

I went to Dr. Danzi Goodwin when she was with a practice in NYC. I had all of my teeth redone. Then I sent my husband and adult children. I had inherited money, and we had no dental insurance, so I made it a priority to fix mine and my family's teeth. I adored Dr. Danzi, as she was called then, and we became friends. I spent a FORTUNE on our teeth with Dr. Danzi. She was great. Dr. Danzi-Goodwin then opened her own practice in CT. Right away I traveled to her to have my teeth cleaned, and got hot with a bill for $500, FOR A TEETH CLEANING. I was extremely disappointed (and saddened that a 'friend' would charge me so much). I ran our of my inheritance, and thought I couldn't afford going to the dentist anymore, at $500 a cleaning. I hadn't been since I saw Dr. Danzi-Goodwin in 2015. I just had a horrible dental emergency (on Long Island), where I ended up in The ER. I went to a local dentist here, and was charged $75 for a full set of circular x-rays, and they give a bonus future set of x-rays and a free cleaning. I then proceeded to an Oral Surgeon on Long Island. Consultation, Gas, Novocain, a drainage tube, stitches, and all the work the very kind and gentle Dr. put in cost me $350. I have no words. I did not go to a dentist for 7 years, thinking $500 was the going price for a teeth cleaning, if this is what 'my friend' would charge me. Dr. Danzi had done x-rays before the cleaning, because, according to Danielle, it was a Jewish Holiday and she couldn't get the x-rays from the practice where I had been seeing her as my dentist. But x-rays for a cleaning, when she had just finished doing my entire mouth? I was left hurt, disappointed, and feeling ripped off. I wish her luck in her very own practice. She's a great dentist. She has a great personality and a great bedside manner. But this sort of story is why people maybe don't trust dentists, even if they are your friends? Fear of being 'ripped off'. P.S> Dr. Danzi knew I did not have insurance.

Absolutely Love Dr. Goodwin! She's gentle, sweet and caring to name only a few of many amazing traits she obtains. As someone who has always has a fear of going to the dentist, there's no other place or person I would put the trust of my teeth in other than Daniele!

Sadly, I called on 11/25/19 at 1pm and received extremely rude customer service over the phone. Customer service is a huge reflection of an organization, very unacceptable.

Have been to Dr Goodwin multiple times and it's always the best experience. I am in and out and it's completely professional and courteous. Highly recommend as its tough to find a great dentist.

Today was my first visit to Goodwin Dental, and I cannot for the life of me understand how anyone in their right mind could give this wonderful office only one star. Dr. Goodwin and her staff are absolutely terrific- friendly, courteous, thorough, and extremely competent, not to mention high -tech. They took great care of my elderly mom as well, for which I am very grateful. I highly recommend this excellent practice to anyone in the Greenwich area in need of a dentist. Thanks, Dr. Goodwin and company!

I recently switched to Goodwin Dental and I couldn't be happier. For many years I struggled to find a practice with true passion, dedication, honesty and trustworthiness, Goodwin Dental is all of these and more! The entire staff exudes professionalism, you always feel so welcomed. Dr. Goodwin and her team remember the little things about you creating a very personalized expereince. Their postive energy is contagious, I always leave with a smile on my face. Not to mention the office is state of the art.
