Dr. Goodson is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, dismissive, after he told me my son couldn't benefit any longer from his braces he refers me to somewhere in Chapel Hill for a surgery consultation I never could get a appointment after I called his office on serval occasions to advise them of such and never could get any help. I did some research on the surgery he was suggesting and decided that we would opt out of that route anyway and made a appointment to get his braces off, I asked a question on why the form they had me to sign said I was requesting to have them off prematurely he gets loud and rude and says because I want them off and I stated you told me he doesn't need them anymore that they won't give them any more correction he stood up and went out his office and yelled get his braces off and get him out of here, he wouldn't even have him fitted for retainer. I will choose to handle this matter formally!!!

at first i was happy to get my teeth fixed but after i was going through some things in my teenage life where i couldn't miss out on work to go to a apt they told me i couldn't come back AFTER I PAID FULL OUT FOR MY BRACES SO NOW I HAVE TO SUFFER EVERY DAY MY TEETH IS FALLING OUT BAD i keep calling begging them to take it out they always have sombody rude on the phone and the answer is oh let me as they ask and mr godson always say no. its just not right i should not have to suffer at all this pain caused me a accident teeth hurting so bad i cant help but to cry and have bad head aches so i will be Sueing as soon as i get a chance this just does not make any since i cannot bare this any longer.

Would not recommend this provider to anyone. He does more damage to my teeth then what was there initially. He was also very rude and cowardly. Would not speak ro me directly after an issue arose.

I was a patient as a teen and DID NOT do what I was supposed to (headgear, bands, etc). Therefore, several years after braces were removed and since I didn't follow the retainer rules correctly (stopped wearing it altogether) I was forced to walk around with not the prettiest smile (responsibility falls completely on patient...ME). Throughout the years I'd see Dr. Goodson in public and he always knew who I was by name and would always offer to fix my smile again, just come back and see him. After 12 years, I went back to him to fix my smile again... guess what... you can't keep me from smiling now! He's professional, comfortable with patients and makes them comfortable. He was patient with me as a teenager and an adult. Always inquires to how my life is going and interested in me as a person. I will ALWAYS recommend him FIRST for anyone interested in correcting their smile! I've recommended him to family and friends alike and multiple people have chosen him and were/are happy with services received!

Dr.Goodson changed my life. I was picked on alot as a young girl,because I had bucked teeth, i was ashamed to smile. Everyone said I was pretty, but "her teeth are messed up " WELL, Dr.Goodson performed a true blessing,

Please do not come to this place Dr. Goodson is very rude and unprofessional.Such as yelling at my child and etc. Had my child in tears and he also was rough on his mouth. My child came home in so much pain.This has been a horrible experience.I want to share with you all. No one deserves this treatment.

Run!!! Do not use his services. My daughter had brackets put on and before we returned to our home 4 had come off. That night she was awaken because she was choking on 2 brackets that had also came off. By the way she had 4 teeth pull so she was unable to eat any solid foods, just soup. Dr Goodson told us no possible way they should have came off. But they did and he couldn't explain it. Within the first month of getting braces on her teeth 10 or so brackets came off. The first two weeks she was unable to eat solid food. His service is terrible. Also he gets really upset when you ask him to put gloves on while he is working in your mouth. While we were there for an appointment more people was there because of brackets coming off. Dr Goodson last words to me was go to another orthodontist that can make them stay on because he obviously couldn't .... So that's what I am going to do!!!! These incidents occurred in 2017. Update 2020 ...After all the time and money wasted, I took my daughter to Day and Night Dental in Sanford, Nc. The staff was friendly and professional. This past August my daughter had her braces removed, with no incidents while placing , during treatment or during removal. Now she can smile while showing off her straight, white and pretty teeth with pride.
