He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. At UGA he became a proud member of ATO Fraternity and was inducted into the prestigious Order of Omega. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. At UTHSC, he served as the American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Representative and was a member of Xi Psi Phi International Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Pickering has spent the last year serving patients and families at both Wild Smiles Pediatric Dentistry and Affordable Dentures in Jackson, Tennessee. Needless-to-say, his clinical expertise ranges from young children to the elderly and everyone in between.
Dr. Pickering promises to treat every patient with compassion and respect and has a unique ability to see every interaction through the lens of the patient. Dr. Pickering will marry Dr. Olivia Hughes, DDS this October. They are both excited to move back to Memphis with their rescue dog Beau.
