Very disappointed. Diane and the other lady that sits up front can't even look up and greet you when you walk in. Diane's extremely rude. Do not walk away from this place run run as fast as you can

AMAZING. This is by far the best dental office I have went to. I had severe pain from my wisdom tooth, considering it was a Saturday since their office was closed, Dr.Brown was able to call in a prescription for the pain & that following Monday he removed both wisdom teeth in under 20 minutes! Everyone was very lovely to talk to and just a great atmosphere overall. Highly recommend!

Wonderful dentist place and experience for me that I think I have to write a post to tell everyone how amazing Dr. Brown is. The front desk is helpful either in person or via email, and the assistants are professional and kind. Dr. Brown cares for his patient so much and has the magic to calm me down since I was doing a root canal which freaked me out extremely. I cannot tolerate any hurt honestly, but this experience is not hurt AT ALL how amazing! He gives you enough time until he makes sure that you will not feel any hurt, and he finishes his work efficiently. 100% recommend and I am so glad that I chose this dentist!

I'm so lucky to have found Goodman Dental. I've been going there since 2014 or so, and I am just so grateful to have such excellent dental care. It's a spotless office with top-notch hygienists and front desk staff, and Dr. Brown is the BEST dentist in Tucson.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Brown for years now and he is simply wonderful! The staff is always very friendly and the office is very clean. I recommend everybody I know to see him.

I love everything about this office! Dr. BROWN is so knowledgeable and kind as is all his staff there. My hygienist is so gentle and always takes time to explain everything to me. The front office is always very helpful. I would never want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his staff!

One of the things I love about Dr. Brown is that if you go and have something looked at that he can possibly fix on the spot, he does, saving you a second trip. Everyone there is so friendly and efficient! Fabulous dentist, fabulous group.

They took my wife last minute due to broken tooth and extreme pain. Staff was super friendly and caring and doc was quick. She walked in crying and left with a grateful smile.

This dentist office is outstanding. The doctor and his assistance are highly qualified compassionate and caring. The office staff are professional and everything is transparent and handled correctly! The office itself has a very Zen type feeling which is fantastic for a dentist office!

Great service. The assistant explained thoroughly everything that she was doing & was very kind & friendly throughout the whole process. Everyone there was very nice as well, from the reception team to the Dr. & before my visit the receptionist went out of her way to verify that my insurance covered the services. Great people!

This is a horribly run dental practice. One of the employees told me my appointment was today, (11/3/2021), but she gave me the wrong date. When I was in the car driving to my appointment and was looking for the office on Wetmore Road, the office calls to confirm my appointment for the NEXT day. To say I was upset was an understatement, considering I took off work for this appointment. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:30 p.m. The receptionist who called me while I was in the car told me I could come in for an exam at 1:30 p.m. but that I couldn't get a cleaning until tomorrow. This was their solution to giving me the wrong date. (These people must think it's easy to take off work two days in a row. This shows how horrible their customer service is.) I go there, and the experience gets worse. They're having technical issues with their computers and can't check me in for like 10 to 15 minutes. So I'm just standing and waiting until they get that together. By the time 1:30 p.m. hits, no one appears and my patience has run thin. I told the receptionist I was leaving. I canceled the appointment that I apparently never had because this dental office failed to book it properly. If your time is valuable to you and you work to pay bills, I wouldn't recommend this place. They don't care about your time or about providing a good customer service experience.

Front staff friendly and efficient. Hygienist very nice and does great work. I have crooked teeth and she did an amazing job.
