Good land dentistry is so sorry to where if they sending you out a friendly reminder about your kids dentist appointment they don't put which kid on the text message so you have to find out if you got multiple kids you have to find out which one it is . And then when you call them they don't never answer the phone and then when you tell them about the problems and the issues your having then they still won't see your kid even if the appointment is pass the time although it's their mistake and not your. I had to reschedule three of my kids appointments because of their own mistakes and they don't accommodate you even though it's their mistakes . So really and truthfully they don't deserve one star.

I scheduled an appointment in October last year for this March. Only for them to text me two days beforehand to let me know that they had to cancel it and to call them ro reschedule. If you can't honor your appointments, don't book yourselves 5 months in advance. They also did this to my roommate 3 times.

It is clear that a patient's schedule isn't considered nor important to this company. I arrived at 8:50am for my 9:00am appointment. At 9:50 I was sat in the chair it's 10:10am I'm still haven't been seen. Complete disrespect toward a person's schedule. I had to leave to go back to work. *update* I was informed by the parent company when I called that day that I would be contacted within 48hrs. That of course did not happen and it had been over a week. Again zero respect for a customer's schedule. *update 2* It has been 4 months since I wrote that review and they now have replied on Google asking me to contact them to resolve the issue. If this isn't an indicator they are out of touch with their customer base or have respect for people's time, then nothing is.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GOODLAND DENTISTRY. Save your kids the trauma. They have my 3 year old daughters mouth so messed up, and gave her the worst experience going to the dentist. Everything was going smoothly until it came time for her to get caps on her front teeth. While I was in the hospital giving birth to my youngest daughter, my husband brought her in. They told him to wait in the car and they would come get him. Well he did...They put her to sleep and started working on her teeth, once they finished, they came and got him and she started panicking.. we didn't think much because she was coming off the sedation. 6 months goes by of non stop getting scared of bright lights, scared to leave the house, everything was scaring her... She was a very independent little girl that didn't get scared easily. She had to start taking melatonin to get any sleep at all. Everytime I was brushing her teeth, they were bleeding and she was telling me it hurt, all throughout the day her teeth were hurting... The dentist tells us her gums are adjusting and it's normal. Well after 6 months her tooth falls out. All you can see is part of the tooth inside her gum...I called the office, couldn't get ahold of anyone... so I drove up there.. After trying to get information about why the underneath this cap she had was no tooth but a pice inside the gum, the guy tells me that the man who did her surgery isn't in but he will go take a X-ray and clean her teeth and my other two daughters teeth even though they didn't have a appointment and the dentist was full but they would work them all in. So I agreed thinking they were going to solve the problem. He assured me it was normal for her to be alone while sedated and everything went good during the surgery 6 months prior. He said I could watch through the window while she was getting them X-rayed but if she started crying he would let me in. I agreed and let her walk back with him. I start hearing her cry, I thought I may just be hearing things but then a lady that was waiting on her son confirmed yes she's crying so I went through the doors to see what was wrong and why I hadn't been brought back with her since she was not comfortable. When I walked back there they had 4 people and out of those 4 people was 2 men over my daughter holding her down for a X-ray. I grabbed her up and let them know I am done letting my child get traumatized during every single dentist appt to where she hates the dentist. Everything they tell you is a LIE. You don't have to leave your baby. Your child should not be so traumatized from a dentist visit that it affects their everyday life and then not to mention what she would've thought about going to the dentist once she had to make those choices on her own. I Searched for a new dentist right away and from the moment we walked into Lufkin Kids Dentistry, they had her so confident that she took a X-ray without being forced and let them do everything needed to her teeth. I highly recommend you bring them to Lufkin Kids Dentistry. It's right beside Angelina Pediatrics. They accept Medicaid and other forms of insurance as well as care credit. They allow you to sit with your children at all times, even while getting X-rays, if needed. They do not push them into doing things they aren't comfortable with. They show them what the toothbrush feels like on their finger and explains everything in a fun way to your child. They make having a dentist appointment fun instead of a nightmare..

It's good Friday and appointment was 10 am my daughter wasnt seen until after 12pm. Some parents allowed in and i was asked to watch through glass. I've come here before and received better service. Not sure why today was an off day for this dental team. I will seek other dental services in the area that's more accommodating.

Wish I could give it negative stars. After 3x of them messing up my daughters appointments and claiming that they dont take my insurance, I will be taking my daughter to another dentist. I tried to give benefit of a doubt to them but strike 3 is enough for me. Save yourself the time, aggravation and drive. Makes sense that in a year I have not seen the same staff members face there. High turnover of staff, they really need to get it together because this is ridiculous.

Dr. Nguyen is great!! He talked me through the whole process of getting 4 teeth extracted and he was quick and professional! I felt a little pain and he stopped to address the problem immediately. I was nervous at first, but during the procedure I felt so comfortable.
