I started bringing my daughter here when she was around 3 years old at a different location now she is 16 years old and we still go here just to this location now lol. The staff here are amazing this location I highly recommend to Everyone. The staff there are so patient, there kind, their understanding and will explain everything you need to know on your healthy teeth journey. Cristina is the best my daughter was so nervous when we got there because it had been a while but by the time we left she was very comfortable and was at ease. Everyone's teeth isn't the same and everyone may not always have the same experience as the next but just from going there for all these years I know for a fact that their company and the staff there really care and wants the best for all of their patience.

Hadn't been to this office in about two years and definitely regret not coming sooner. Everyone super nice and polite. From the front desk staff Vivian to Marissa super patient with my daughter in the x-ray room. Crystal the hygienist is the BEST! Juana and Dr. Bishara are great with every patient. Definitely recommend this place 100%.

I came as a walk-in today. And it took a little while, but it was very much so worth it. I, also, received a discount, so I didn't even have to pay my full deductible after the insurance. God Is Good!

Everytime I come they always drill too deep on my kids teeth leaving them in pain for weeks. Well today was the day instead of telling my daughter to take her piercing out the nurse ripped it out...she kept telling them they were hurting hurt and she was ignored as usual Smfh I don't recommend I even spoke with the manager and he acted as if he could careless so unprofessional

OVERALL TIME WAS AN HOUR. ME WAITING IN LOBBY 20 MIN (ME DOING PAPERWORK) AND XRAY PICS AND DR SEEN ME AND LMK WHAT I NEEDED TO GET DONE FIRST. HELPED A LOT NOW IM GOING TO SCHEDULE AN EXTRACTION.

Had two Saturday appointments at 11am scheduled and both times the office was closed. No one answering phone calls nor at the front. Why even let us schedule on Saturday if you're not open.

This place is very frustrating. I had a scheduled appointment to see the endodontist last week and they called me the day before my appointment to tell me they will be referring me to an endodontist office since the endodontist at this location is a traveling doctor. Cool whatever. They told me they would call me back with a referral the following day by the end of the day. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I called THREE TIMES the following day and no answer. I called SEVEN TIMES TODAY, and still NOW ANSWER. Mind you I drive from central Louisiana because my insurance is accepted here. So unprofessional.

This will be my sons last time coming here. He had an appt at 4:15 we were told we had to be there for 4 unless they will cancel at 5 :20 we were still in the waiting room.. I change and gave them 3 stars because we came the next day and it was a full lobby patients complaining but we only waited 5 minutes and was called back for treatment. I just think they be overbooking and thats still it cool

This place is a joke. Guy at the reception desk was slow and not useful. After sitting there waiting to be seen for an hour and a half, the dentist said my insurance was approved. I was upset for them acting so unbothered is that the dentist himself asked me if I had filled out my forms. I told him no I hadn't received any. I told him my concerns and he asked me if I still wanted to be seen. So unprofessional.. Do NOT come to this dental office they are a joke.

Very nice, the staff were polite and helpful! They had all their security measures in place to keep my children and I safe. I recommend to go to this place if you want to feel safe while also getting your teeth checked :)
