Went to my appointment yesterday and I sm glad that I did not let the doctor cut on my teeth told the doctor that I do not have a high tolerance to pain. I'm glad I didn't let her cut I called back 2 times after I left cause she was supposed to send me my pain meds to a pharmacy since I was already in pain till I can get in a place that would put me to sleep to take out the tooth that needs to come out and guess what that doctor never sent my meds. Now I have to go all weekend with no meds

The worst experience ever! There are too many good dentists in Tyler to waste your time and money at Goodland. I have never been treated so badly by a "professional" business EVER. Thankfully I have now found a professional office with a good Dentist. Don't waste your time on any of the dentist at Goodland. Their staff is awful.

Dentist is great and friendly! But desk costumer service is horrible you have to begging for an appointment I explained that the filling that the dentist did for my mother got infected and that I need an appointment ASAP for my mother and front desk offer an appointment for 2 weeks. I ended find a different dentist Square family dental which they give me an appointment same day and did a great job taken care of my mother. Love the dentist hate the costumer service.

If I could give a 0 star I would The dentist lady could work on keeping her comments to herself she was concerned why my daughter has a unisex name, making statements how my daughter is dressed like a girl but has a boy name as the dentist stated and she confused and want to have disagreements when she should be more focused on her job , very unprofessional. I was there to bring my daughter in for a routine check up instead it was a guessing game

I booked an 8 am appointment only to be there an hour later still awaiting services to be rendered by the dentist. This place is slow as hell.. If you have other appointments dont book them on the same day in which you go here. You will miss it ..

These people NEVER answer the question phone it's impossible to get through to schedule an appointment! You can schedule online for a regular cleaning but if you need anything else good luck!

Terrible with communication. If you can go somewhere else please do yourself a favor. Also, don't bother calling, they have yet to return any of my voicemails. If you look at the comments, it seems like they used to be pretty good overall. I wonder what happened?

We have been in the lobby over an hour and a half waiting for an appointment for a 2yr old to get a cleaning. They have no explanation for this long wait and it is not crowded at all. I usually have a poor experience here but this time is the last time for us.

By far the worst experience. Waiting 1 n half-2hrs before being seen. They had my daughter in tears and terrified. Shoving the guard in her mouth for xrays( took more then needed) and once again before a possible teeth procedure( which wasnt needed) they wanted to fill and cap(extract) that wasnt necessary. To top it off, told me insurance would cover, and it was not!!!!!!!!! They are out of network! Liers. HORRIBLE for kids

Trash! They treat the workers like garbage no matter how reliable u have been to them. They have a very corrupt corporate office. They do unnessary work in the back on kids. Over schedule for more money since its a medicaid office & will thrraten your job for being moral.

Waited over an hour to be called back, when I did get called back I had to wait 45 minutes for x-rays, and another 45 minutes to spend less than 5 minutes with the dentist that disregarded everything I wanted to talk about. It seemed that scheduling over scheduled the dentist. The area that you get seen in is dirty. I called to get my x-rays sent to another dentist and even a week after they still hadn't sent them.
