Below are the New Patient and Privacy Policy forms you'll need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading these forms and completing them at home and handing them to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment. Our staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

Dr.Salas is very informative about the procedures. She really takes the time to explain every detail of the procedure and what to expect after. Jennifer the office manager was very helpful with breaking down my bill and offering way to pay out of pocket. The atmosphere is nice they played my favorite music to help relax me. Very nice and clean place to have dental care. Shout out to all the staff they're all awesome workers.

Today was my first time going to GoodDay Dental and I am extremely pleased with the service this facility offers. The workers, the Doctors, everyone was so professional, courteous and pleasant. I recommend this Dental Office to anyone trying to find a good dentist .

Dr.Salas and the staff at Good day dental were absolutely amazing! I recently had a tooth removed while pregnant and she was sure to be thorough and took her time assisting me in this process. I'd highly recommend their services at this location for extractions.

So I am not the most pleasant patient at a dentist office...they scare me however, the staff at good day dental took the time to make me feel Comfortable and welcomed. I think I took about an hour of the office manager Jeniffer's work time away from her desk. She spoke with me one on one and even held my hand. Yes I am that scared! Dr.salas is the most pleasant dentist I have ever met and I will be returning to them for my dental hygiene visits. The staff that was available during my visit all came to speak to me just So I can feel comfortable. I definitely recommend good day dental. Great staff and excellent work!

Like this place but they wasted much of my time. Had an appointment for 11am, called said I was going to be late came in 11:06am by 12pm I still didn't get the cleaning i came for. Had to leave because I was told I wouldn't be out by 1pm which I had prior obligations. Saturday's are they're busiest days so if you go on Saturday be prepared to wait. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who is strict with their time. Overall nice place nice facilities, the staff are great and knowledgeable, just not a good fit for me

I was referred by an employee of good dental Kayla I told her how I was feeling and she told me make an appt . I had a wonderful experience they told me best advice they took there time explaining and even though I was worried and scared about my root canal procedure it wasn't bad at all I didn't feel a thing once they started and I didnt have anymore pain after. All the staff are so nice and patient I absolutely have no complaints , ladies at the front desk so sweet . Thank you for living up to your name Vicky-Amima so sweet

Made an appointment for deep cleaning and filling. At the beginning of the appt the dr told me I would be getting both. After the filling I was told to make another apt for the deep cleaning. Inconveniencing me! Beside's that they are nice, the facility is clean

I was recommended to Good Day Dental and never turned back. The staff at this office is lovely, they know you by name and face and won't hesitate to help you. My dentist, Dr. Sylveste is gentle, attentive and amazing at what he does. Always a nice experience there.
