After 25 years in clinical practice, she transferred to the team at the front office. She resides in Holly Springs with her wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. Brenda loves to make a difference with people and see them smile. Taking care of the needs of patients is a passion of hers.

In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and take care of their home. Also, her sweet cat and fun-loving Maltese bring her so much joy. One favorite thing she loves about living in North Carolina is being able to travel quickly to the beach or the mountains for a relaxing weekend getaway.

Jeanne is originally from New Jersey and relocated to Cary in 2006 after an exciting two-year delegation in Germany for her husbands job. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. She has worked with Dr. Goodall since 2011 as a hygienist and is currently part of the front office team. She is usually one of the first smiles you see upon entering the office and strives to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit.

Jeanne is an avid hockey fan and can often be found cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes and her alma mater, the Penn State Nittany Lions. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons at the beach, skiing in the mountains, and taking walks with Bauer, their labrador retriever pup.

Jaclyn moved here from Michigan in 2014 to attend the dental assisting program at the University of North Carolina. She became a nationally certified dental assistant and started working here at Goodall Family Dentistry in 2015. My daughter had a miserable experience recently at this practice. She reported to them that she has a fairly rare connective tissue disorder, and as such- can have a hard time getting numb. (It also affects other things - like gums bleeding, and can also affect the surface of her teeth. ) Apparently comments were made about her "drug seeking" Um- seeking a nerve block for dental procedures? Seeking to not be in pain? She was told that she needed a filling to replace an old filling. She told them about her medical condition, AND brought them in the information about what works, and what does not. She went in this week, and they tried to numb her up- and failed. She told them THAT SHE WAS NOT NUMB. She then got poked in the gums and told the dental assistant AND dentist that she could feel everything. Apparently the dentist proceeded to do the work wihtout making sure that she was OK with this. WHAT IN THE WORLD??? How is this acceptable? My child left the office in extraordinary pain, and threw up from pain in the bushes behind the office. Then she proceeded to cry for over an HOUR before eventually managing to drive herself home. She was in excruciating pain for HOURS> I want to contrast this to another local dentist who was treating another of my children with similar issues. When the kiddo didn't get numb, we regrouped, and came back another day for a nerve block, took ibuprofen before the appointment, and used the laser. The dentist didn't proceed with a kid who was not numb. BEWARE! Yes. I am in mama bear mode. And I am LIVID. This is totally unacceptable on MANY, MANY levels, and has traumatized my child beyond imagination. I am HORRIFIED that this level of barbaric treatment exists in this century in this country. HORRIFYING.

Lovely office! Everyone is so warm and friendly. Getting to watch Netflix on the ceiling was a nice touch. I'm not one that relishes dental appointments but this was an unexpected surprise.

So thankful for Dr. Tina Goodall and her team! I had a post-operative issue and couldn't get in touch with my oral surgeon. Dr. Goodall not only personally handled my treatment, but she also contacted my oral surgeon, while I was there, to resolve my concerns and approve a best course of treatment. My recovery swiftly progressed and I've improved everyday since! Can't thank you all enough!

Amazing staff, amazing dental hygienists, and even more amazing dentists. They are so sweet, patient, and gentle. They explain everything and you never feel rushed. If you have any trauma related to going to the dentist than this is more than a perfect place. I would recommend anyone to this practice and as long as I live here, I'll never switch dentists again. Their score is a: A billion/10.
