My son has sensory issues and we've struggled to find a dentist who will give him some grace and have a little patience with him. We decided to try Good to Grow, thinking because they only see children they may be better equipped to handle special needs. Our very first visit was a disaster. My son was anxious and terrified and the hygienist did nothing to try to make him feel comfortable, forcing my husband and I to step in and try to control the situation. After one super short appointment with no accommodations or suggestions, the doctor decided the only way was with a sedation appointment. We were never given a second chance (tightly scheduled repetition is a good thing for my son) for my son to try to get used to a new clinic, new people, and the sights and sounds of a different dental office. We were automatically put in line for sedation and when we decided that it wasn't the best option for my son at this time, Good to Grow refused to see my son again as a regular dental client. Very upset, very hurt, and feeling some discrimination. The doctor did call after I got frustrated with their office staff, but it was more to cover her backside, and after I voiced my concerns quite loudly, she reluctantly agreed to see him to try again. We're still not sure if we will be back to try again or if we'll just be going somewhere else. I'm sure if you have a typical child, this place is probably great, but for children who may have some quirks, some anxiety, or need accommodations, you might think about going elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing!! After really struggling for over 2 months with breastfeeding my son was referred here for a tongue tie, the day of his appointment there was a mix up with insurance, they ended up just doing it for free for me, I am so so thankful!!

Absolutely one of the best children's dentist I have ever had the privilege of bringing my daughter to atmosphere is inviting and everyone there seems so sweet! Miss Rebecca was absolutely caring and explained issues and concerns really well!! Miss Katrina was patient, kind and funny with a silly twist while examining, to ease the fear that my daughter might have had!! My daughter absolutely enjoyed the visit!! Would recommend to anyone needing a dentist that your children will feel safe and comfortable going to even parents!!

Staff is very attentive and professional. They always make sure to ask if we have any questions. Visits are personal and never feel rushed, but they also are always on time im never waiting past scheduled appointment time in the waiting room.

First off I want to say I think the dentist does a good job with kids. But I think they definitely try to get you to spend more money than necessary. I want my kids teeth to be healthy but some of it seemed over the top just to make extra money. The staff is ok but if you have to cancel/reschedule more than twice because of ANY reason (even sick kids) then they will no longer accept you as a patient! Not really great customer service in my opinion especially when your clientele is children. This business is more money focused than client focused so just keep that in mind. We found a new dentist the kids love else where and actually seem to care about the kids and not the bottom dollar.

This office is the absolute best! I was so nervous about taking my autistic daughter in to the dentist for work and they eased my mind and made the whole experience a breeze! There's no better dental office for your kids, they really care and it shows.

WOW! That is really all I can say first. This place is a GOD SEND. Each and every staff member was pleasant. Rebecca, our hygienist was so sweet, patient, and really made my 5 year old super comfortable. What would have normally been a 4 hour appointment at any other place, was less than an hour here! And doc is straight from a fairy tale. Her singing made my daughter so at ease, and it gave me goosebumps. If your child dreads the dentist, please come here. I promise you they will be begging to come back to "that magical dentist place" like my girl did! HUGE THANK YOU.

I had covid with my son. So because I didn't come in with covid I'm never allowed to make another dental appointment an she didn't do my son's work right either because he has low income insurance my son til this day is having a hard time with the work the owner wife did on my son mouth thanks for nothing I wouldn't recommend coming here she doesn't get the job done and she wants u there at the appointment with covid or else your not allowed back now my son's teeth hurt she messed everything up three other dental places told me she did a terrible incomplete job so if your white you'll be comfortable here

Amazing care! I really liked how Dr. had Georgia name her crowns after Disney princesses, and she sang a song that coincided with each princess as she placed the crowns!
