I took my son to Gonzales Dental Care and we were both very happy with the customer service, dental procedure explanation, and dental procedure. Plus, before proceeding with procedures they tell you and show you how much its going to cost to prevent miscommunication. Then you get to choose if you want to proceed with extra dental procedures. Only suggestion was to add shades to the front windows because it gets hot if you have someone waiting for you in the waiting area. Personally i am planning to return for my sons 6 month check up. Plus, staff was so friendly that i am returning for my own dental procedures.

It is too bad you cant give them zero stars. Office ladies are so unprofessional, it makes you wonder how they got the job in the first place. Seems as if they have no experience whatsoever, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not good experience. They charge a lot and even charge you with services that you did not get. Theres one time that i receive a bill from them saying that my insurance refused to pay, so i called my insurance company asking them about the bill. The insurance company said that they already paid everything and I should not pay them out of my pocket. Gonzales dental cancelled the bill after i told them that if they will not fix it I will file a consumer complain. I decided to change my dental care provider and much happier now. And one thing after many months waiting, I still did not get my refund of the deposit that I gave them, all I get is promises.

For someone that just comes in twice a year, I have to say I love coming here, staff is great, very friendly and makes me feel welcomed. Front desk lady (Lorena Pantoja) always a pleasure chatting with her, everyone is all smiles here at Gonzalez dental care.

Dr. Han and the entire staff are Awesome!! I have had horrible experiences in the past with dentists and I have to say this office have welcomed me. By far the best office and excellent customer service I have gotten in years! I highly recommend this office and definitely look forward to my future appointments. Gonzales Dental Care you all Rock!!
