Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else .... The owner who is also a dentist is clearly mentally ill her facial expressions alone show it ... I went in for a root canal and they tried to refer me to the same place I was denied for insurance and they straight up argued that they did take my insurance so I had three employees around me while I called and proved to them they were wrong I'm curious why a dentist office only has one referral to send out ... The owner looked in my mouth and said have you ever gotten a cleaning I said no and she gave me a nasty look and left the room ... Listen I get that dentist can asked that question but you follow up and say hey would you like one today ... She was being judgemental... My teeth aren't bad at all so her rude facial expressions are uncalled for... I had to pay $35 for two small sheets of my records ??? Unheard of ... No one should pay for those especially if they are sent to an email not even printed and mailed ... They want $1100 for a crown ... When I tried to tell the other dentist that the owner made me uncomfortable the owners excuse was well you gave us a five star so I don't know why she's complaining well that five star was for the Starbucks gift cards they are bribing their patients with for reviews because they are desperate... I got medical records from three dentist offices for free why because they should be... I paid for a bone graft she did it incorrectly... $300 later please go somewhere else... This place is awful

Worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Dentist was rude, didn't explain what was going on at all. Or how much services would cost, which ended up costing a lot more then quoted. This place is seriously horrible, I would avoid this place. Passive aggressive, rough, overpriced, unprofessional horrible communication. I thought, oh it's in Scottsdale in a nice area they will be professional. I was wrong, like I said the entire experience was horrible. I won't be ever going back!

Glad I found Goldwater Dental, Dr Mann is amazing and I'm not letting anyone else work on my teeth. Very impressed with the work and I felt zero pain and that's huge for me since I usually get anxiety going to the dentist. Not anymore! Thank you

Best experience ever! I Love Goldwater Dental. Doctor Sanghvi is a GREAT Doctor. She took really good care of me and was so nice. Their very professional and friendly. I would recommend doctor Sanghvi to everyone. They will take really good care of you. Goldwater Dental is definitely the place to go when your having a toothache or any complication .They will make you a same day appointment.

Dentist Sangvi and some of the staff showed dismissive, passive-aggressive and unprofessional attitude when I was there. They didn't explain much and kept giving me paperwork/waivers to sign *while* having the procedures. Also, asking questions to Dentist Sangvi was like speaking to someone in a different country. Her communication style was extremely indirect, vague and dismissive ... not to mention that her overall look doesn't make you feel you can trust her. The front office looks decent and clean but the back where the procedures are done you'll find old, dirty and broken equipment. The positive reviews must be made up. I don't recommend this practice.

Listen to the reviews!! I thought maybe people were rating this dentist poorly because she's a woman of color in Scottsdale AZ, but regardless of that, she's a terrible dentist. I'm relatively young, so I appreciate when doctors/medical professionals thoroughly explain why I need a certain procedure or what's going on with me. This dentist didn't explain a single thing. She listed off all the work I needed done (over $2000 worth, supposedly), she handed me a pamphlet for a payment plan, and left the room. The receptionist was the only one with an ounce of empathy as she told me I didn't have to go through with anything. I decided to stay for a deep cleaning and I wish I hadn't. The dentist was overly rough with my teeth, the dental assistant sprayed water all over my face, and even though it was an accident she did not apologize. The energy that I got from the main dentist was that she was annoyed that I was there. On top of everything, the office looks run down and the chairs in the individual rooms are torn up, making me question why their space is so unkept. Don't come here unless you want to be overcharged for bad service!

Very rude, they make you feel forced to book an appointment. Which in health care is completely against the law. It is our choice on who we want to see. Threatening me over not getting my child seen is MY responsibility. Forcing me to an appointment time slot because it's accommodating for the doctor is not fair patient treatment. Us mother's have lives and other children family members we have to care for. Our schedule matters too.

Thanks for getting me in quickly for the appointment on the same day! Dr. Sanghvi modified evaluative procedures as necessary and took additional X-rays based on my symptoms and complaints. She also gave me a referral to an oral surgeon. Thank you!

I was able to get into this office for a cleaning even during the pandemic. It was safe,clean, informative and friendly. They did everything I needed and gave me a detailed explanation as to why. Looking forward to my next cleaning.

I have pretty bad anxiety getting my teeth worked on, but the office staff, dentist, and assistant were all super friendly and understanding. Definitely recommend Goldwater Dental.
