Unfortunately, there isn't an option for NO STARS. This place severely lacks communication skills. Since March/2022, I have been waiting to get a Root Canal; eight months and 4 - infections later, I am still waiting. Then a request was placed to my insurance for a new partial, without my knowledge. Had they asked me, I would have explained that my insurance only replaces partials after 7 years, but they didn't. NO COMMUNICATION!!! Also, when you come in for your 1st x-ray visit, expect a cleaning, as well, because they never mentioned it. NO COMMUNICATION!! They don't explain JACK. They called today and asked if I could come in at 2 pm, and few minutes later they called again to cancel the appointment because I told my insurance to cancel the request for a partial. Also, the Dentists are personable, they serve you like ice. One of Doctors walks around with a Mega, gold necklace on his neck; looking like Mr. T. I can't tell you where to go for service, but if you choose this place: ask questions, take names, and write everything down. FAIR WARNING! This place should be shut down, if you ask me, or at least investigated!

I have been waiting for almost a month to get a root canal. I am in excruciating pain and they are the only dentist near me that takes my insurance. I called a week ago they said they scheduled me for the 7th of September and now I have to wait till the 12th. I have been in pain since the end of June.

This people are so incompitent my wife had ben in contact with them thelling them about a thoot that was hurting and wen we finally do come in they tell my wife that the doctor is not in and that there was nothing they could do for her so why schedual her to come in they told my wife that they were going to do a god dam thing they just want her to come a few more times so they could cash rhe bi

I thank my cousin for referring to gold Star Family Dentistry. I needed to see a dentist right away for a toothache and they saw me within an hour. The front desk lady was so kind on the phone with me. Thank you so much for being so accommodating to my needs. I am forever grateful.

My previous dentist gave me a treatment plan for thousand of dollars. I don't have dental insurance. I needed a second opinion and I went to see dr Nick. Well let me tell you it was a Big difference. Thank You for being so ethical. Thank you GSFD.

Had a cleaning done at that office. for the first time I had a cleaning done without numbing medicine the hygienist was very gentle. The front desk lady was professional and nice

I've never met someone who care so much about your Well-being other than Dr. Aubin she will make sure everything is all set for you and that you are not stressed out and will make sure that you leave her office with pearly white teeth definitely recommend going there you will have a blast because she's super funny and she'll make sure that everything is taken care of with and she takes her time she does not rush with you to make sure that she absolutely does a great job. Go there and you won't regret it!!

My father needed his denture to be relined and Dr Nick was so understanding. His expertise is so apparent which is very reassuring. Now my father can eat with no problem. Thank you gold Star Family Dentistry.

This place is like no other y'all, the welcoming, the customer service, the incredible work, the caring is just amazing. I never been to a dentist like Goldstar Family Dentist before, that's why, I strongly recommend you to go there to keep your mouth healthy and clean and I am sure you won't regret it and I am sure you'll also gonna bring your family and friends too like I did myself.

The staff at Gold Star family Dentistry is so welcoming. I used to have severe dental anxiety in the past but not anymore. Dr Ieronimo is so gentle and thorough. I am referring all my friends and family there now.

I was afraid to go to the dentist since COVID started but this dental office change my mind. The dental hygienist greets me with a fresh double mask over her mouth a and a fresh clean gown, and clean bonnet on her head. The office has been meticulously cleaned. I love my dental hygienist Rose as she is thorough and gentle, extremely competent and personable . After the Doctor examining my teeth I feel very privileged to have had the best check up and evaluation money can buy.

Great customer service, most reliable. My whole family goes there for all kinds of dental needs. None of us has any regrets. I will dearly and highly recommend this place for your every dental. Outstanding job and also great advice on how to keep and maintain a healthy and clean mouth!

My daughter used to be so afraid at the dentist, well not anymore. The hygienist, Rose, made it so fun for her. Now she says she can't wait to go back. I am taking all my kids there now.

This place is taking new patients and they take Husky. Was my first time and I was really impressed. My teeth need extra cleaning time as I haven't been to a dentist in a decade. My teeth look amazing!!! They were super super nice. I just can't say enough of how impressed I was!!!
