No one likes going to the dentist. However the staff at Goldsboro dental arts always makes it a good experience. From the hygienist to Dr. White you couldn't ask for a more caring staff that will always take care of you.

If you have had bad experiences with the dentist like I have and are looking one..this is the place to go! You don't have to worry about it being jam packed and everyone there is very professional and strive to meet all of your needs and wants! I have been going here for a few years now and cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place. I love Dr. White and ms. Jessica!

I was having severe tooth pain and tried to manage it with OTC pain relief meds with little relief. I prayed for the right dentist to treat my pain and fractured molar, and the LORD heard me. Last night, I contacted the Goldsboro Dental Arts website and told them about my situation. When I arrived at the office this morning, I read the response from Dr. Shaun White, timestamped earleir than me getting to the office at little past 0700*! He said, "Please come in so that we can take care of your pain." So, I went at noon for dental care. At the dental office, I noticed how professional the staff were, how clean their office, and how immediate the care was delivered by Dr. White and his team. In no time, my tooth was taken care of. Just like that. I told my CEO that I was seen by a most professional--and caring--dentist and his team. I also told him of this wonderful dental practice that we should tell everyone about. He said, "I have to go meet him [Dr. White]." Of course, I replied, "Yes. He is someone you would want taking care of you and your family." To Goldsboro Dental Arts, Dr. Shaun White-- YOU ALL ARE A BLESSING TO THE COMMUNITY OF GOLDSBORO, NC and beyond! Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and humble service. God bless!

Dr. White has done a great job rebuilding my teeth. 3 crowns, 2 root canals, 2 extractions, a filling and a bridge.

This was my first time visiting. The staff was nice beginning at the reception desk, the one who did my X-rays and Jennifer my hygienist! Dr. White was great, he was thorough and explained everything to me with clarity. Made sure to answer all questions, and he seems gentle and caring. That was my first impression of him. They had a good care plan for me and overall I like them and the vibe I got from here. Everyone made me feel comfortable. I always have anxiety if I get anything other than a cleaning. I will be making them my new Dentist now

Good service but very unprofessional. I've scheduled appointments that were meant to happen in June that have pushed back as far as august. They've rescheduled/canceled my appointments twice without my knowledge or contacting me.

The staff as well as Mr. White are very professional and friendly. The atmosphere puts your mind at ease. They explain everything in detail in regards to your care and answer any and all questions you may have. I received great service today.

Today's visit to Goldsboro Dental Arts actually proved to be a good visit. Even tho I had to have a couple of teeth extracted, Dr. White handled the procedure with care. I can really say that the anxiety I felt on arrival was relieved before my departure. Goldsboro Dental Arts is an wonderful place to go to for Dental care.

Goldsboro Dental Care gives excellent customer service. My twenty-year-old son and myself went today, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They accept Medicaid and Guardian Dental Plan insurance. They do teeth whitening and the sleep apnea mouth guards along with the normal Dental Care. I highly recommend Guardian Dental Arts.
