I truly believe I was meant to be an orthodontist. It fits perfectly with my personality in so many ways: I am detail oriented, love being around people, and have a genuine interest in improving the lives of those around me. Even as a child, I knew that my career needed to blend my two interests art and science and no profession does that better than orthodontics. I also get to work with the best team on the planet.
I am passionate about making sure every patient is treated in the best possible manner, down to the last detail, and giving them the best smile possible. The most satisfaction comes when we remove a patients braces and everyone is crying tears of joy, including me. The fact that I can change peoples lives by giving them the confidence to smile is an amazing thing.
I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I then went on to dental school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where I graduated Valedictorian with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I completed my orthodontic training at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas and received both a certificate in orthodontics and a Master of Science degree.
The most exciting thing about orthodontics is that it is always changing and advancing its technology to better serve patients. I practice completely differently today than I did even five years ago! Thanks to continuing education, we can keep up with these changes and see first-hand the positive affect it has on our patients treatment, our profession, and on our office. Its all very exciting!
I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to the States when I was 16 years old. My wife Liz and I have made Plano our home since 1994. We have one daughter, named Pier. Pier is the namesake for Piers Project, a volunteer effort at the Medical CityPlano by the Junior League. Pier celebrates her birthday on the fourth of July and enjoys the fireworks each year.
As a resident and as an orthodontist in Plano, I feel a responsibility to support my community and those in it. Wehave an opportunity to affect so many of our patients lives, not only by providing them with an amazing smile, but also as mentors. We are leaders in our field and are always striving to lead by example in our practice, as well as in the community. As a team, we choose several charities to support throughout the year and participate in team volunteer days at different organizations.

I have over 20 years experience in the orthodontic field in both assisting and front office, but never in the environment like here at Goldreich Orthodontics! Everyone here is positive, friendly and they make coming to work the absolute Best! I love to help people no matter the situation and adore listening to everyones story! When you call the office my goal is to help you with whatever it is you need all the while putting a smile on your face too! I have one cat named Prince...he thinks he really is one and one dog named Lilly who is an Australian Shepherd mix. Both are adopted from shelters.
My daughter Gillian is and has been a competitive cheerleader since she was two and a halfyears old at Cheer Athletics. She also CHEERS at Navarro College which is her dream come true! I love college football, soaking up some sun, a great steak and Mountain Dew haha! I love almost every season equally but have a slight favorite for Fall (Halloween starts calling my name). I meet with new and existing patients and families, take photos and X-rays for treatment planning, and review and explain plans. I also show patients appliances, talk about the treatment experience, and answer all of their questions.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching college and professional football, listening to country music, talking long walks, and growing flowers. I have two grown boys who both had Dr. Goldreich as an orthodontist and now have beautiful smiles! Back

I help patients and parents with insurance matters, from verifying coverage to filing the forms and follow up with the companies. I want people to get the most from their benefits and to not worry about red tape!
I love that I get to see the beginning and end of each patients journey. I love to see them smiling, at the end: they radiate happiness! Goldreich Orthodontics is one big family and our patients are a big part of it.
My husband James and I have two grown daughters and two rescued dogs. Were involved with our church community, love cheering for Alabama football, and enjoy traveling to check out different BBQ joints. Back

My whole family - 3 kids and myself have had the pleasure of being Dr Goldreich patients and the wonderful hygienists who work there as well. Each time we are greeted with kindness and intelligence. I have full confidence that Dr Goldreich has a calling for this. He has created things specifically for one of my kids bc of her unique situation and got me through adult braces as well. Arguably the best around from office staff, all of the dental assistants and the Dr!

Dr. Goldreich took very good care of me and my teeth. He absolutely put in the time and effort to ensure the best possible results. If you listen to him, you will surely have the smoothest procedure with your teeth. There's no set of teeth that Dr. Goldreich can't fix. I had severe crowding and obstructed canines, where my teeth were laying on top of each other. However, in just 1 year and 5 months, my teeth have been completely transformed! The environment of the office is welcoming and friendly, and all the staff were super nice. As a bonus, my face shape has also improved slightly and I'm really happy with how I look. I recommend this office for everyone!

Goldeeich Orthodontics is possibly the most amazing and comfortable orthodontist office I have been in. I have gone for many consultations in the past and wasn't impressed which is why I waited until I was older to get braces. Dr Goldreich and his hygienists immediately made me feel at home with the light and funny conversation and explanation of the process. Considering I had a severe underbite, needed an implant for a front tooth that never came in and my teeth were shifted I needed a lot of work and I was never confident in smiling. I started my journey on 11/8/21, as of me writing this (9/22/22) my underbite it's gone my smile is 1000 times better, straighter and I am more confident in showing my smile now. Even my kids tell me my smile looks super straight. I love it. Enough about me. The hygienists that normally work on me Megan, Buffy are wonderful, not to take away from all the hygienists that work there THEY ARE ALL WONDERFUL! They do a great job of explaining everything that's going on with your teeth and keeps you engaged and comfortable. It also helps if you bring a positive attitude and some witty banter. If You are fortunate enough to talk to Buffy about summer grillin or grillin in general trust me and take her advice and pick up the sausages! Dr G. Is almost too fun/good to be true. He always knows your name, is always happy to see you and your progress, is great at explaining procedure, and a master mouth craftsman... the man made me a tooth on the spot to cover my missing one until implant time. And it looks great. Impressed...yes I am! I have to say it was a blessing to be recommended to this office. From the front desk to billing to the hygienists and Dr.G everything has been an amazing experience. I am always excited to come to my appointments because it feels like visiting good friends. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. G and team for orthodontic services. This was my second time going through the Invisalign process, after impatiently neglecting to do refinements with a different orthodontist years ago (PSA. ALWAYS opt for refinements!) Therefore, I wasn't exactly thrilled to start the whole process over again. Dr. G and team made it worth my while, thoroughly walking me through each step of the treatment plan, offering personalized service throughout, and accommodating to me as an adult patient--offering flexible scheduling, appointment reminders, pick-up box outside to quickly drive-up and refill supplies w/o an appointment, etc. Shout out to the stellar front office staff All in all, braces are sometimes a necessary evil. I say, just bite the bullet and call up Dr. G. You won't regret it.

Very pleasant experience. Was provided a free consultation and x ray pictures, doctor goldreich is very honest and gave extremely candid, professional opinions that helped me make a good dental decision. Would heartily recommend Staff are nice and the general mood is welcoming, great for kids.

I completed an invisalign and braces treatment through Goldreich Orthodontics. Dr. Goldreich and his staff have been very professional and accommodating throughout these years of treatment. In fact, I remember one instance when I was still wearing braces and had a loose bracket that kept poking the side of my mouth. Despite it being a weekend, Dr. Goldreich actually met my mom and I at a nearby mall to fix the loose bracket on a bench of all places. If this doesn't show how much he cares for his patients, I don't know what does. Thank you once again to Dr. Goldreich and his great team for the fantastic treatment process, my new smile couldn't have been done without you guys and your dedication to your patients.

My son just completed his treatment for braces this last week after I finished mine 3 years ago with Dr. G. Everyone in his office is very professional and provide great care. Dr. Goldreich is very detailed oriented, just what you want in an orthodontist. We love our new smiles!

After numerous consultations with different orthodontist and the majority stating I would need multiple teeth pulled and that Invisalign was not an option, I came across Goldreich Orthodontics. From the first consultation all the way through my treatment the staff and Dr.G were top notch. They were able to take my overcrowding on and cross bite and make me feel confident again. Trish helped us put on my brother's retainer. The whole orthodontics team was really friendly, and helped us a lot. The office was really nice, and all of the equipment was very clean and looked very well kept. Trish was kind, fast, and made the whole appointment feel smooth and fun! 5 stars to Trisha and Goldreich Orthodontics!

I never thought fixing my teeth would be so easy. I went through an 10 month Invisalign procedure, with a tight schedule revolving around my college classes. What surprised me the most was how quick and painless the whole procedure actually was. My teeth are now looking better than ever before. Dr. Goldreich and his team, especially Trish, made sure that every visit was fast and enjoyable. The team is very efficient with all of their patients and clearly all know what they are doing. I would recommend Goldreich Orthodontics to anyone looking to start Invisalign or braces.

Goldreich Orthodontics may be the most excellent dental business in North Texas. These guys are professionals - highly skilled, specifically educated for each facet of Dr. Hilton Goldreich's operation. They specialize in teeth straightening, but I think these folks are exceptional. They operate like a boutique - they know your name, your family, they know the tender spots in your mouth. Not one area of patient contact is missed. The receptionist is aware, the financial office is prepared, the technical staff is energized and ready, and they are invested in your smile. Dr. Goldreich is hands-down one of the greats in Orthodontics in Texas if not the United States. I speak from having two lousy experiences with prior orthodontists and having poor results. Not with Dr. G - he and his team assessed me and figured out exactly what treatment plan I needed. Dr. Goldreich was recommended to me from my dental hygienist at UT Southwestern Medical School. Her recommendation coming from within the small community of dental practitioners was especially valuable and highly regarded. My interactions with Dr. G and his staff have been extremely positive and affirming. I still have some weeks to go until I finish my Invisalign treatment, but I am already pleased with my smile. Both my wife (her nickname is Hollywood, now) and son have had braces and Invisalign with Dr. G. and they are great examples of his work and artistry. I can't wait to see the finished product! Lastly, I want to say - don't try and do the direct-to-consumer teeth straightening. The level of expertise that is needed to build the plastic trays is still best done at the orthodontist's office. They will properly take pictures, they will recommend prior and post activities for your teeth, and they are an expert in managing and providing value-added services during Invisalign treatment. All in all, Dr. Goldreich's office is a one-of-a-kind experience. They will not let you down on a Friday afternoon when your tongue may get caught in your braces and you can't get it free (wife). They will not let you down when you accidentally chipped a tooth eating a candied apple (son). And they certainly won't let you down when you think your teeth are hopeless and you think it will take 5 years from start to finish (me)!

My teeth look great finally! After going through many years of alignment issues and having a back tooth removed, I found out at age 54 that I needed braces. This was very tough for me as I never thought I would be out in public with braces. But faced with this, and needing to get my teeth aligned for the years ahead, Dr. Goldreich and his team presented a plan for my mouth and my finances to make it happen. 16 months later, I am thrilled to have gone through this as I can smile in photos and my confidence is back. No more hiding my teeth! They look and feel fabulous. Thank you to Dr. Goldreich and all of his associates who worked on my teeth. Dr Goldreich and team are fantastic!!! After my first appt I commented that they are like Chick Fil A on steroids!!! They exceed expectations in every way and very, very pleasant!!!! From my consultation with Amy, mouth scans/xrays with Sierra, fitting with Dana, front desk Shonda, billing Tonya......my list could go on and on. This group offers more than I expected. Dr. Goldreich takes pride in his work and will go above and beyond to assure expectations are met!!! Highly recommend this group!!
