I have seen Dr. Klug for over 20 years and now bring my entire family here. From the moment you arrive in the office until you leave the chair, the entire staff treats everyone with great respect and kindness. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give Dr. Klug and his staff a try, you and your smile will not be disappointed!

I have been going to Golden Oak and seeing Doctor Klug for 15+ years and have only had good experiences. The office is always very clean and the staff always very friendly. I now live out of state and appreciate their willingness to fit me in during my visits back to Mequon. I highly recommend them as a trustworthy and experienced dentists/hygienists to all!

Just before COVID hit I needed a new Dentist. I routinely am an every 6 month patient and have kept my mouth in pretty good shape. Again, because of COVID, it had been 2 years since my last dental evaluation. I knew that I had at least one cavity (old filling broke) that needed attention. Fortunately it didn't hurt much. I made an appointment with a dental office near my home and had a terrible disaster visit. All I really wanted was a cleaning and an honest assessment of my mouth's condition given the delayed maintenance. That visit resulted in a $6000 estimate of "needed" mouth repairs. (no cleaning was done) So I did what I should have done in the first place, checked with a co-worker who apparently loved her dentist (she doesn't like dentists much...) Found Dr Klug and Kelley (hygienist) at Golden Oak. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED!! Kelley was comprehensive and thorough. Dr Klug had a wonderful chair-side manner. He sat and made eye contact and explained everything that I needed. He also explained things that he was going to watch carefully. We didn't take the time to go over the previous day's estimate from the other office. The only thing good about the other office is that they promptly sent the huge number of Xrays to Dr Klug for his review. All I can say is "wow". This is exactly what I want and need in a Dentist. I found my new dental home For what it's worth, I needed to change because of a job transfer. Wouldn't have been able to commute to the previous office that I loved and actually was identical to the service that I've now found at Golden Oak. Thank you!

So I had to stop back in at Golden Oak Dental because of sensitivity of a tooth. It hurt when I ate. Once again my experience was very easy going. That's because the people that make up Golden Oak dental are first class all the way. Dr. Lathe and Dr. Klug are both wonderful dentists. But what makes the experience even better is all the people that work there are good caring people. They care about your comfort and that all goes well while you are there. Dr. Lathe and Dr. Klug are very personable people and communicate what they are doing so it is easy to understand. They will also walk you through the x-rays they take so you can understand exactly what is being done. I used to hate going to the dentist as I know most do. But I honestly no longer feel that way because I know I am in good hands there from the top to the bottom. If you or your children need dental work done I can assure you that you will be doing yourself a huge favor by going to Golden Oak Dental....These are all good people!

I have been seeing Dr Klug at Golden Oak dental since I was a child. I'm now an adult with two children who love dr klug just as much as I do! Kelly, Dawn, Denise, and Jamie are so kind and make everyone feel very comfortable! Highly recommend Golden Oak Dental.

My whole family goes here for our teeth, because of the welcoming, friendly staff. We have been seeing Dr. Lathe who is amazing. She is professional, friendly and calming. You can tell she cares about her patients. Both Robin and Kelly the dental hygienists, are wonderful. Dr. Klug is also very good, and friendly. Last, but not least, Denise at reception is very efficient and always greets you with a smile. This is truly the best dentist's office that we have ever visited. The icing on the cake is the lovely, clean pleasant office space. Highly recommend.

Everything was explained in a manner that was easy to understand and came from the heart. A call in the evening after my procedure from the doctor showed there concern and interest in my feelings. TOTALLY AWESOME!!

This office is 5 star from the minute you walk in the door. It is clean, spacious for social distancing at first peek. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. They are prompt. No waiting. I came for a cleaning only. The hygienist listened carefully, read everything written, was very professional, friendly, and careful not to hurt you while checking your gums. Dr. Krug was a delight to speak with. He listened to what you said, questioned any problems you might have to get more details, and has a wit. A patient leaves feeling good.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Klug and all of his staff. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dr. Klug as a dentist.
