I have been taking my 3 kids to Golden Dental for years for both dental and orthodontic work. My son had an othodontist appointment at 2:20, he arrived at 2:32 and they turned him away. It should be noted that he was going for a quick tightening of his braces so he wouldn't be in the chair longer than 10minutes. I called and begged for them to see him, but I was told the there is a 10 minute late policy. I told them this is ridiculous because there are times I wait up to 20 minutes just to be seen for almost every single appointment. The receptionist did not try to be accommodating and told me that an office manager would call me which has has not happened. You would think a dental office would try and be accommodating and understand how difficult it can be for a parent to juggle between school practices and their own work and just get the kid in and be seen. I don't want to go to a group that is beyond restrictive and unyielding with their policies.

Golden Kids Dental is the best! They always treat us professionally and do a great job with my kids. I totally trust the dentists there too, they are top notch! They come highly recommended from other dentists I know.

My son was scared of going to the dentist, and Dr. John and all the staff worked very hard to accommodate us and make the experience as positive as possible. They're fantastic and my son is getting over the nerves. Five stars!

I've been twice with my toddler and we've loved both experiences! They're always ready for us right when we walk in, take great care at prepping him for the experience (he's 2), and always give him a prize after the appointment. Today before he went down for his nap he said, "I love the dentist!", which I've personally never said. We'll keep going as long as we live here!!

Both of my kiddos go here for ortho and dental. The staff are so friendly and so timely with appointments. They have done a great job making us feel safe with their COVID procedures.

This was our second visit. The first time went great with no issues, but today was a different story. There's a sign on the front door indicating that the CDC requires masks in medical facilities, however the receptionist (Holly) was not following their own posted rule, and none of the staff took the initiative to remind her to. When you work in a healthcare setting where the majority of your clientele is still too young to get vaccinated, not wearing a mask is highly irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. The hygienist was also late, so we weren't called back until 20 minutes past our appointment time, which caused me to miss a work meeting. An extra star for Dr. Jon bc he made my toddler feel at ease during the exam.

This dental office is a mom's dream and was exactly what we were looking for! Great and super friendly staff, clean, and very professional!! We saw Dr Liz and as a mom of 5, I highly recommend!

They got my daughter in right away, and were super welcoming! We both felt very comfortable from the time we walked in until the time we left. I highly recommend this place, the whole staff is wonderful!

We had a really great experience with Dr. John and the staff. My four year old needed a crown. Dr. John was very good with her and she had a very pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend to friends in the future.

I have been taking my kids to Golden Kids Dental for years. We love it there! We have been to the ortho and dental sides. All of the dentists and hygienists are so friendly. Such a pleasure to work with! Shout out to Dr. John who has pulled teeth, filled cavities, and put on silver caps. The kids feel safe and comforted with him every time. I hope to keep coming here until the kids graduate!

This is such an amazing dental and orthodontist practice. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The drs and the dental assistants are very patient with my daughter as she is scared when it comes to dental treatments. They are very welcoming and let me be with my daughter for all of her appointments. I am so glad we found Golden Kids!
