We have ample street parking adjacent to our offices on Fulton St. and Golden Gate Park, and are close to Public transportation service by the San Francisco MUNI 44 OShaughnessy and 5 Fulton.

Dr. Sosis understands that for many, visiting the doctor can be a stressful experience. That is why she took the time and effort to modernize her dental practice, Golden Gate Dental, to provide the warmest, most gentle experience possible for her patients.
To Dr. Sosis, dentistry is about helping patients feel better, where our number one priority is our patients well-being. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois in Chicago. She has been successfully practicing dentistry in San Francisco for more than fifteen years.
Dr. Inessa Sosis has extensive experience in all fields of dentistry. She has taken multiple post Doctoral courses in areas including Esthetic Dental Restorations, Cosmetic veneers, Invisalign, Endodontics, Implant Restorations, and OSHA, just to name a few.
Dr. Sosis is known in San Francisco for being gentle and compassionate, as described by her patients. She has passion for helping others accomplish beautiful, healthy smiles under excellent care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and the San Francisco Dental Society.
Dr. Sosis was naturally drawn to all aspects of dentistry. Since she was very young, she loved to paint and draw, and as she grew up she enjoyed sculpture and science. As a dentist, she has been able to bring together her love for aesthetics and working with her hands, and her passion for science and health.
Dr. Colin Young received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, and completed his dental education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Young practiced dentistry in his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada before moving out to the Bay Area in 2017 to be closer to family.
Dr. Young comes from a family of health care professionals and learned from observing his father the value of professionalism, respect, honesty, and open communication. He endeavors to provide excellent dental care in a comforting environment, and constantly strives to stay up-to-date with best standards of practice. He is a member of the California Dental Association and is a certified Invisalign provider.
Aside from the practice of dentistry, Dr. Young is experiencing the joys and trials of being a first-time father. He and his wife enjoy life at home next to the Golden Gate Park with their one-year-old son and dread the upcoming terrible twos.
Dr. Komissarova enjoys working with children and adults and believes that every patient should get the finest care possible. She has been working in the dental field since 2001, and always knew that being a dentist was her passion.

Like everybody, I'm not fond of dentists. I had to go see them because I had a tooth in pain. Dr Komissarova took good care of me, always making sure I was confortable at any time and reassuring me on what had to be done. In the end, the work was on point, I didn't feel any pain nor discomfort and I found the dentist where I'll always return in SF!

Holden Gate Dental.... Is the place to go and have them take care of your teeth! I have been there patient for a few years and from feeling a bit nervous at my first visit to a complete full confidence! Amazing work! Excellent customer service, amazing care for my personal needs and fears, very light knowledgeable hands, happy spirit and limitless kindness! Dr, Natasha Komissarov is my dentist! I have been going to Golden Gate Dental for just over two years. They have been absolutely incredible. The staff is so friendly, competent and attentive. My partner went there because the glowing reviews on this site. What a mistake. They have no respect for the patients' time. Last week he had some routine work done with them but was asked to wait idly over and over as the doctor was working other other patients. This was for a scheduled appointment! He ended up missing an important work meeting because of this mess. We won't be going back since clearly you aren't professional enough to respect your patients' time. Plus, parking is nearly impossible at this place.

Dr. Natalya is amongst the best. She's very good at what she does, and also very attentive to her patients well-being. I'm far from being comfortable with getting dental work done, but since working with Dr. Natalya and her staff, I've become a lot calmer and more confident. Highly recommend.

I've had many bad dental experiences (both unnecessary and bad work) before so am always weary trying out a new dentist. However, it was so easy to book an appointment (Zocdoc), they made sure I was approved and had the right forms filled out, and the dentist I saw (Dr. Young) was fantastic. He had a really great bedside manner, addressed my concerns, and was able to fix them the same day. Would recommend!

I used to not like going to the dentist, until I started going to Golden Gate Dental. They are very professional and they really care for the well-being of your teeth. They are also very good at making you feel comfortable. I have told a few friends about this practice, and they all think the same.

Dr. Komissarova and Golden Gate Dental have changed the way that I feel about my smile. I was referred to Golden Gate Dental via my orthodontist after my previous dentist sold their practice. I was in the middle of doing Invisalign and was considering cosmetic work after that so I went in for a consult. I could tell very quickly that Dr. Komissarova knows exactly what she is doing. In consults with other dentists at other practices, I was left feeling a bit unsure of what the steps would look like and if this would be the right dentist to do it - with Dr. Komissarova, I was sure this was the right choice. Moreover, of the other practices I got quotes from, Golden Gate Dental's quote was the most affordable. Throughout multiple procedures, I was impressed with how professional (laid out steps clearly), thoughtful (told me her opinions and my options) and flexible (had me come in several times throughout the process to make small changes or fixes) she was. I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the outcome working with this team - it has truly been life changing. My experience was so good, that I very quickly switched over to Golden Gate Dental and Dr. Komissarova as my primary dentist going forward. If you're thinking of making changes to your smile, especially as a young adult, I cannot recommend this practice enough - thank you!
