Shlonda (EDDA-expanded duties dental assistant) has been working with Dr. Gill for since 2012. She has been working as a dental assistant since 1988 and loves to exercise her education, experience and employment for the advancement of self-expression, empowerment, and excellence in dentistry. Shlonda has two lovely children and one grandchild. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, her dog, or watching a good movie.
Kim (hygienist) was born and raised in Santa Cruz, CA. She graduated from University of San Diego and returned to the Bay Area to study dental hygiene. She practiced hygiene in Californiafor the last 5 years. She moved to Colorado in October of 2016 and joined Dr. Gill and Dr. Kensons practice. She loves being a tourist, urban hikes, and checking out all that Colorado has to offer. Shed love to hear about a few of your favorites. Shauna (hygienist) has been a part of the team since July 2008. Shauna enjoys the prevention side of dentistry and providing the tools patients need to get excited about their oral health.When not working, some of her interests are providing dental care abroad, traveling, spending time with her daughter Rory, family, friends, and being outdoors as much as possible.Shauna is certified and trained in laser therapy through the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD).
Donna (hygienist) has been working with Dr. Gill since 2008 and in the practice since 2003. While Donna enjoys helping people obtain a higher level of understanding of dental disease and how they can combat it, she still thinks the best part about being a dental hygienist is meeting people. Donna is married with two teenage children. She enjoys skiing in the winter with her family and traveling in the summertime to hike or mountain bike. Donna is certified and trained in laser therapy through the Academy of Laser Dentistry (ALD).
Kelsey (Office Manager) moved to Denver in 2012 from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and has loved Colorado ever since. She started working in the front office in April 2013. Kelsey enjoys seeing familiar, smiling faces each day and is actively pursuing dentistry herself! She enjoys being active outdoors. She also likes to take her two miniature dachshunds for walks and hikes the many trails Colorado has to offer, including 14ers! When she is indoors, she enjoys cooking up a batch of homemade cookies. Dr. Nancy Gill is a dentist in Golden, Colorado. She is originally from Pennsylvania and did her undergraduate work at Villanova University. After graduation, she wanted a change of scenery and chose Creighton University School of Dentistry for her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Dallas D. Kenson is a dentist in Golden, CO. She is originally from Prescott, Arizona, where she was the 6th generation to grow up on a cattle ranch. She attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate degree and moved on to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry for her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree.
Dr. Evelyn Qi is a dentist in Golden, CO. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received numerous awards such as Outstanding Research Scholar and Professional Podium Award.
After working as an associate for one year after graduation, Dr. Gill chose Golden as the place to grow her roots. Her first practice opened in 2005. Shortly after, in 2008, Dr. Gill merged her practice into her existing space and has been content ever since.
Dr. Gill says, after many of my patients have seen my life unfold; from getting married to giving birth to my daughter; these people have become my second family. When I see my patients at many Golden events, it makes me so happy I chose Golden to call home.
Dr. Gill lives with her husband, Dave, and her daughter, Cecilia. She loves to travel to new places, play the piano, and spend time on the weekends hiking, biking, and finding fun restaurants to try with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Gill is a member of the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Metro Denver Dental Society, the Seattle Study Club, the Mile High Dental Study Club, The International Academy of Physiologic Aesthetics (IAPA), The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). Dr. Gill recently received the designation of Qualified Dentist through the AADSM.
