I came to Golden Dental Group with my Grandmother on a Friday because she needed some treatment. Upon arriving at this office, i was able to hear LOUD and inappropriate music playing inside the office. When we were called back to be seated into a dental chair, I had asked to speak with the Manager regarding a few things. My assistant went to get her and I was greeted by KISHA. After discussing a few things with Kisha, she had left the room, and returned to her seat. While we were waiting for our dentist to come in the room, I could hear her OPENLY discussing her personal life. She is very explicit and her choice of Language was not to our likings. I had later realized the loud music was coming from her area. I feel this was extremely unprofessional & quite honestly, It made the both of us very uncomfortable. I would cut the music out and maybe reconsider your staff. Thank you to the treating doctor for treating my Grandmother with respect. No complaints with the actual dentist. YOU ARE GREAT.

Horrible! The most unorganized front office I have ever seen in my life! Not to mention a two and a half hour wait for your appointment and a month and a half to get an appointment. The only good thing about this place is Dr Mina and her back office assistants are very nice and helpful!

If you are a person of color do not come here. If you arrive first they will place you last. Also in a office full of patients you wil and be the only one to be asked to where a mask. The Hispanic receptionist only greet the Hispanic patient in a professional manner. I asked why are we ladt when we arrived first before all other patients and her response was "it depends o. What kind of work needs to be done" I said we ate just here for a routine clean isn't that straight to the point fast and easy.we should be in and out. These ladies are obviously prejudice and biased in do not come here if you want to be treated fairly in accordance to right and wrong.

I had 2 root canals done here; first one was a breeze, second one the dentist burned my tongue with a hot tool. Less than a year after the second one they told me both root canals had failed, I asked them to pull them since I have wisdom teeth coming in that I have no space for, they refused. I recently went to a different dentist and got both of them pulled, i ended up with bone damage because of how bad the infection was.

This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to. Who ever the women dentist is is very horrible I wish I knew her name I would put her on blast!!! I hope I could find her name! I was screaming in pain she didn't numb me good at all and kept going!!!! She pulled a tooth that shouldn't have been pulled! And she was so unprofessional!!!!! I should have known when I walked in and seen trash on the floor and it looked dirty that it would be the worst dentist of my life. This was a few years ago but I just got reminded and decided to let everyone know not to come here nothing is golden about them!!!!!

Never going back. I've been taking my kids to golden dental for a couple of years, I make appts and still wait almost an hour to be seen. This last time over an hour waiting in the car since lobby is closed due to covid only to be told 10 more mins, 20 more mins and nothing, so I just left. Took my daughter to another dentist because her crown just fell out and a filling too, and they told me my daughter had cavities and needed a cleaning when golden dental said she didnt have cavities and had just done a cleaning 3 months ago. I say lazy doctor just billed and didnt do the work. Very disappointing and never taking any of my children back. The new dentist makes us wait 5 mins and takes care of us. Stop overbooking golden dental you're gonna lose more patients

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Apparently this establishment thinks it's okay to make pregnant women wait outside in the sun, when it's over 100deg out without notifying them before hand that they can't wait in the waiting room. Definitely will not be back.

It's awesome my kid was going to get surgery at loma linda were going to be there for 8 hours and here they got it out in 5 min !!!

The staff is amazing here. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely seem to care. I showed up here without an appointment with a dental emergency for my God Son and everyone including the dentist were so kind and sympathetic to his issue. We were the first patient of the day and came back later that day as the last patient with a resolution for him.

This place is extremely horrible dr Meena was very Rude to my daughter 8 years old double dosed her she developed a sore under her lip and not the mention they strapped her down her being claustrophobic I would never take my children back I wish I can give 0 stars

I went their to fill a cavity and my filling broke a no leaked. Now I have to get a root canal.>:(
