Gold Hill Dentistry is under new ownership, and existing patients were not notified of the change. When I expressed my discomfort in not being informed before my appointment, office staff showed no empathy. Instead, I was told that "all patients of Dr. Kasik's are very happy" with Dr. Mayberry and--without any effort to help me feel comfortable with my new doctor--that the office is "happy to send over records when I find a new dentist." Basically, you have a new doctor and you'll like it or else. A simple heads-up and introduction by Dr. Mayberry and basic kindness from his staff would have gone a long way. I prefer to be seen by doctors who care about their patients and treat them well, so I can no longer recommend Gold Hill Dentistry.

Dr. Haslet is very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring! I really appreciate that she took the time to explain a new finding and work me in for an unexpected procedure. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kasik is kind. He listened to my concerns and provided a prompt solution. His staff was friendly and the hygienist was personable. I appreciated how quickly they were able to provide an estimate for a service not covered by my insurance (at the end of my appointment, versus a different local dental practice who did not follow up with me for 5 weeks). Scheduling has been easy, and I appreciate the email reminders. My only hesitation for 5 stars is that the office is showing its age and is missing some of the "finishing touchs" or thoughtful details I've personally appreciated at other offices. The chairs are also not super comfortable. Not exactly a big deal at the end of the day. Overall, a great, efficient practice where I'm happy to be a patient.

I called Gold Hill Denistry yesterday afternoon complaining of a tooth ache. They agreed to see me today (less than 24 hours) I am pleased to say, they quickly diagnosed my problem and repaired my tooth. Their customer service was outstanding!

I hate I have to give any rating to this review, but it won't allow me to leave a review without it. I will not be back to this office, the office staff was literally laughing at us in our faces. It was not a friendly atmosphere in the office and this is my second time that I have experienced this issue. The doctor was very nice and kind and professional in his service to us.

I have always had a good experience with hygienist and dentist. They are very professional and share both my and their family lives. Nice to have a personal touch! Honest with my questions and advise accordingly. All of my family goes and soon grandbaby will! This practice is cautious and concerned with all their patients. It had been a few years since getting my teeth cleaned. Gold Hill dentistry took excellent care of me. They were kind and helped me get back on track. From check-in to check-out the staff was great. I would highly recommend.
