It was my first time to this office and will be my last.. office manager Karina is very unprofessional first of all she waited until I came in to the office to tell me she hasn't heard from the insurance ( I scheduled that appointment almost 3 weeks before) and she didn't even bother to give a call to let me know. Me and my husband were unhappy about that trying to understand from her why she didn't call.. her response was that she is behind. After that I heard her telling a coworker sitting behind her that she doesn't even care. She waited until I got checked in to room one which is next to where she sits to complain about it to another patient in the lobby that she knew. I went out while she was still talking to him to confront her .. she said that she was on the phone ( lying obviously as I saw her with my eyes) and also said she was apologizing to him( dn know about what may be because she doesn't do her job) Very unprofessional, violating hippa and so sad to see these kind of people in these positions.

I am very much a fan of Dr. Loomis' friendly dental chair-side manner -- and his ability to work quickly & efficiently while maintaining his friendly demeanor. The extraction and subsequent preparatory work for my upcoming dental implant procedure was pain-free and there was little swelling & even less pain in the days immediately following the extraction. I was especially appreciative of my easy healing because I have recently had a very poor experience with post-extraction healing after having a similar procedure done at a non-affiliated dental office. I'm quite glad that I decided to switch my dental provider to Gold Cost Dental in Yorba Linda. The office staff are as friendly and helpful as Dr. Loomis. :)

Dr Loomis is the best!!! Always explains everything and does a great job. I changed dentist because Dr. Loomis was referred to me by a friend. She was so right about him

I came here because I needed an emergency dentist on the weekend and I regret it so much. I had a filling done here. The dentist told me it was a very deep cavity and if I was still in pain I would need a root canal. I was never shown any pictures or x-rays. It was even more painful after my filling was done here, and worried I needed a root canal I got a second opinion. First of all, this place refused to share any of my records with the other dentist (sketchy!!!) when they explained the situation. So I had another full exam with x-rays done and the dentist showed me the pictures and x-rays showing the filling was not deep at all and nowhere near needing a root canal. But the filling was done incorrectly and had to be fixed. When it was fixed by a competent dentist the pain went away. Proceed with caution, I wish I had waited an extra day rather than come here because they advertise being open on the weekends. Would have saved me a lot of pain and procedures.

Great dentist and professional staff. Love that they are open on Saturday's. I had been searching for an honest, reliable dentist that would work with my insurance and I'm glad I found them.

Great experience here! The hygienist probably the most thorough pick-only cleaning I've ever had. No ultra sonic, just a lot of detail. Way better than my previous PPO-only Dentists I've used before surprisingly. Check them out!

Dr Loomis is the best dentist ever. He is very patient and kind. I had to have fillings and a wisdom tooth pulled. No pain whatsoever. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I am recommending him to all my friends and family.

DON'T GO! Service is absolutely unprofessional and they just trying to make money off you. We had an appointment at 11, and made us wait 1 hour in the waiting room only for the doctor to come in and say he won't provide the 6 month cleaning, which is what we went for and instead wants to charge us 400 dollar for services we don't want. Doctor refused to provide any service because we didn't want the deep cleaning and pay 400 dollars. Making a patient wait for an hour especially during covid only to turn them away, very poor management and service. Don't waste your time and money, go somewhere else!

I am so happy to have found Gold Coast Dental. I'd been looking for a dentist near my home and came across their practice during my search. I read the reviews which were all great and decided to give it a shot. Karina, at the front desk, is a doll! She is so very sweet and welcoming. I told her my reservations and she immediately assured me I'd be happy with the dentists. I've been seeing Dr. Loomis who is amazing. He's really nice and patient. I have never been a fan of dentist's, but he and his staff have made going to the dentist something I'm much more willing to do. (I always attended my visits reluctantly but as recommended) I would recommend Dr. Loomis to all my friends and family. I'll be moving my entire family over to Gold Coast Dental.
