AMAZING. I never ever had a great experience like this with a dentist before. Starting from the front desk, doctor, asistants, manager... Everybody were so nice, helpful. Since they are not accepting my insurance, they gave me free xray and exam. After we discussed what I need, They gave me really really good price and discount. No doubt I will come back! Thanks everyone!!

Dr. Sanjari is professional, courteous, caring, compassionate, excellent, kind, friendly and personable. He performed my cleaning today and was extremely gentle, but thorough. He is an amazing dentist and exceptional in his field. His dental hygienist is to be commended, also, because he is very caring, gentle and compassionate. The receptionists are very sweet, too. Thank you very much . God-bless you all . Things have certainly changed since my last visit, so please read my new post below. Thanks Typically, I am pleased with my experience at Gold Coast dental, especially with Doctor Sanjari. However, today, I was extremely upset at my appointment. The new manager, Andrea, was extremely rude to me and I felt that she was on a power trip. She was insistent that I get x-rays and that I get them every 6 months. I informed her that I did not need x-rays and that every 6 months was ridiculous, because I take excellent care of my teeth. I informed her that my eye doctors do not want me to have that many x-rays, because of my cataracts. She still became very insistent that I get them or she said I could not be seen or have my teeth cleaned today. I informed her that I have waited 6 months to get this appointment and I would be getting my teeth cleaned today. I asked to speak to her boss and to corporate and I was denied the opportunity. Doctor Sanjari did his best to de-escalate the situation, did take one X-ray, that I allowed and performed my teeth cleaning for me. He informed me that someone would contact me within the week or he said for me to contact his office, if I did not hear from anyone within the week. In my humble opinion, this is no way to run an office. I feel this is all about generating revenue, by getting x-rays that one does not need. I am a Registered nurse, have been in the medical field for 25 years and it is ridiculous to require someone to get x-rays who refuses to get them and feels that they do not need them. Even the doctor commented on how I take excellent care of my teeth and that I didn't even have any plaque or problems. I want to continue seeing Doctor Sanjari, but I don't want to be bullied the next time I come into this office. Please speak to your new manager and reprimand her for her behavior. I'm looking forward to hearing from her boss and/or someone from corporate. Thank you very much . God-bless you all .

I never had such a bad experience with a dental office before. At first, I thought it was great how flexible they were and how they had weekend appts available. My first appt was scheduled on 5/28 with Dr Hannan. I received a call from the office to move my time up because she had an emergency. During my visit, they took X-rays and the doctor said that I should get two fills. One on my old filling that had discoloration around the filling and another to fill in the small gap between the gum line and tooth but no decay. I decided to get the fills. During the visit, she was rushing and didn't do a proper teeth cleaning. I noticed when i went home that there was some plaque on my teeth still. The next day, I also noticed that the tooth that had the small gap wasn't filled in correctly and there was still a small gap. I called the office and they were able to see me the following week. I didn't feel comfortable going to Dr Hannan again so I was able to see Dr El aham. He went ahead and worked on the tooth that had the small gap and also cleaned my teeth as well. He didn't tell me any risks of there being any sensitivity if he worked on the tooth again. After the numbing agent wore off, I noticed so much sensitivity to the tooth and the pain just jolts to my head and gives me such a bad migraine. It's so bad that I can't even touch the tooth. It also is super sensitive to cold drinks and any cold air that touches it. It hurts to chew without it feeling numb. I explained this to the office and they were able to see me a couple weeks after with the lead dentist, Dr Sanjari. Dr Sanjari said that he can work on the tooth again. However, it would make the tooth more sensitive. He said I can wait a couple weeks or I would need to get a root canal if the sensitivity doesn't resolve. I waited a little over one month to see Dr Sanjari again. Again, during this visit he recommended the same thing. He said I can wait it out and see if the sensitivity gets better or he can refer me to a specialist to get a root canal. I talked to Andrea to see if there's any way I get the cost covered or get a discount because if Dr Hannan did the fill correctly from the beginning, I wouldn't have this problem today. I even told her that before I got the first fill, I never had any issue with my tooth. Andrea then decided to tell me her tooth story and how she had sensitivity to it and how the regional manager said that I would be responsible for the cost of the root canal. When I expressed my frustration, Andrea kept cutting me off or tried talking over me. As I continued to complete my story. She then says "I'm going to let her finish talking" in the background as if I didn't hear her. She said that the regional manager would get back to me but it's been a week and still nothing.

Horrible experience with them. Bait and switch scam. They contacted me by phone to set up an appointment and offered me a $50 cleaning as a new patient plus an x-ray, thereafter, cleaning would be $100. I drove over there and I waited 45 plus minutes and I left without the service. When I was there, they informed me that if I needed a deep cleaning the price would be $270 plus. I then asked if they can do just the $50 cleaning and the answer was no, without ever examining me! I continued waiting until I decided to leave.

I'm a long time patient at the Tustin office and have found the staff to be friendly, helpful and understanding without the high pressure up-sell that many experience at other facilities.

My appointment was at 8:00 am, I was greeted by the front desk and checked in immediately. There was no lengthy paperwork and front desk guided me through any documents I needed to review and sign. The dentist and his staff were present and they completed my services within 30 minutes. Overall, my visit was great from the time I was checked until the time I checked out. Awesome and prompt service. Kudos to the staff.

The exam and the office were super nice. But they were supposed to call in my prescription same day as it was an emergency and I needed antibiotics. They did not and they were closed for the next two days. I called when they opened back up and it took them over 4 hours and 3 phone calls from me for them to finally call my pharmacy and send in the prescription. Because it took so long my infection got much worse.

Everyone was very nice and kind however there were a few things that i did not appreciate. 1. The doctor was constantly taking off his mask, which I consider to be a very important rule for dentists regardless of the pandemic situation. it's just uncomfortable for someone having the dentist breathing in her mouth. Secondly they wanted to charge a copay that was higher than getting the work done by an off network provider and paying it off pocket. So basically they wanted to rip me off. Shout out to the assistants who were very nice and kind people tho.

Very friendly staff. Little to no wait. The two girls at the receptionist were very helpful when I had trouble with my insurance. Alex was very comforting and friendly. Dr Sanjari was quick yet thorough! Very welcoming overall as a new patient. Look forward to returning.

Horrible experience, the guy of the E-Rays began to judge the work that the dentist should have done told me which and the tooth that must make you open your mouth let me see, absurd. the guy of the x-rays should not give opinions I should take responsibility for expressing opinions, we are scerzando, this is ridiculous, and then when he put me the cape to protect me from radiation it hurt me. Rude, and so I got up and explained to the reception.
