They took x rays and had us wait almost 2 hours for the dentist to ARRIVE! once he did he pointed out 5 cavities and a tooth that needed pulling. I told them just to give the price for the pulling of the tooth and they quoted us almost 1k!!!!!!! Talked about thier insurance that dosent cover anything, just adds on to the bill. I was si livid i got up and walked out on them. Waste if time. Got tooth pulled for 150$ and no other issues found at other dr. These ppl are a joke. Scammers dont waste your time! They didnt want to give us a copy of the xrays so i took a picture with my phone.

The office was clean and the hygenist I saw was nice. However, the positives stop there. they did X rays and came and told me I had 8 cavities. To that point I'd only ever had one minor one that needed a sealant. (The estimate they ended up using showed 6 teeth and 8 surfaces). They also said I needed a deep cleaning/ a regular (discounted) cleaning wouldn't be good enough. I then waited over half an hour for the estimate and had to ask a random passer by what was happening. When they handed it to me the out of pocket (w/o insurance) was $1973 (with supposed discounts). $999 for the deep cleaning and $947 for the fillings. They didn't ask me about paying instead they just said "We are going to finance it for you." This didn't sit well with me as they told me that's what they were going to do instead of providing me with options and information about what financing would entail (Credit check, interest?) They also we're pushing to do EVERYTHING that same day after I had already been there an hour and a half or two. The dentist went through with a small camera and part way through said one of the spots may have just been dark. He did say 4 cavities needed immediate attention and the other 4 "could wait if they have to." I asked Gold Coast to send my records over for a second option and they essentially sent a pdf which the new office wasn't able to use diagnostically. The new office indicated they images should have been in another format so they could look more closely. I got a second opinion through Loma Linda School of Dentistry (so yes cheaper and they take much more time). Multiple students and faculty looked at my teeth and new X-rays were required. They weren't able to rely on the ones done by Gold Coast and said they "aren't diagnostic." This treatment plan found 3 teeth (4 surfaces) that needed filling. There is one cavity and the others are broken sealants/early stages. They recommended a standard cleaning and stated a deep cleaning was unnecessary (2 different students and at least one professor signed off). The total estimate is $386 (plus about $105 for the new X-rays and Comprehensive Exam). Two of the teeth are the same as what Gold Coast found (18 and 31). As an aside, Loma Linda also looks at bacteria, lymph nodes medical history etc. Initial consult free and comprehensive exam was like $50. So total for treatment through the school will be around $491. Gold Coast wants money and was quite pushy and while I understand that the X-rays and consult were free, they were practically useless at the second opinion anyway. Furthermore, they told me I had 4 additional cavities that needed fillings. And on teeth that don't need them.

I had to give one star to get started or I would not have given that, the front office personnel are great as long as your spending money but when you need something they become rude obnoxious and unwilling to help at all to the point where they just pretend your not there, the area where they perform the medical procedures are dirty things are broken and just not sanitary, I went in telling them what I needed done the next thing I know there trying to sell me 30 thousand dollars in services and finance people are talking to me about a lone I could not believe it i walked out. And they still billed my insurance for x-rays and exam x-rays I got but not an exam , the Dr did talk to me briefly but just told what he thought I wanted and then had finance talk to me about options. Look around before you go there.

I have the worst phobia of dental offices and dental procedures but let me just say that this office is the most wonderful blessing I have received this year so far !!! The staff starting from the call center people to the in clinic staff have all won space in my heart. I have never been so happy about going to the dentist EVER and I'm 30. I just want to say thank you to all of the staff and doctor who have work on me. I am beyond and forever grateful for all the care. Some of the names I've gotten Emiliano, Nancy,Jose, doctor Kim, Doctor Kristen (I believe sorry), and all the dentist assistants!!! Thank you thank thank you !!

Be careful when you go to this place. They do not explain their billing process. Tell you one price and then charge you another price later on. I'm now getting bills that have no break down of what I am being charged for and it is not the amount that I was told when I was in the office and gave my deposit. Do not go here for any work.

I've had my fair share of dental experiences, some traumatizing, some mediocre. This was by far my best everybody's so pleasant from Nancy & Jose in the front desk to everyone in back! We have a strategy in place to get my teeth together, no hidden fees or agenda. I can honestly say this is my 1st time walking out of a dental office with FULL understanding of what procedures I'll be getting, how it'll affect me, etc. I wont lie, I've always loved sweets, plus poor teeth inherited, and having children my teeth arent even worth saving. They quoted me a VERY reasonable price to restore what can be saved and expressed all options available to me. I'm so excited to start this journey without feeling like ill be in debt for the rest of my life lol

I highly recommend this office. They are professional and their customer service is amazing. I had work done there and they walked me through what they were doing the whole time. They did such a good job with me that I even took my 3 year old for his first check up. They were also amazing with him! Thanks Gold Coast and keep up the great work you guys are doing!

i was in so much pain on Black Friday morning most of the dental office were closed. My fiance contacted Golds Coast Dental in Riverside and they were open. The staff made an appointment for me the same day and it was the best dentist visit I have ever experienced. I needed a root canal and it was the smoothest procedure i had. Thank you so much.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled on a Tuesday and she was in a lot of pain. Her oral surgeon was out (Saturday)so we looked up a emergency dental office. This Riverside office made her an appointment for 4:00pm (she called around 2). I drive from Long Beach to Corona to pick up my daughter to get her to Riverside for the appointment because I didn't want her to drive while she was in so much pain. We arrived at 3:58 and was told the dentist left 20 minutes prior. They had no one else to see her there so I was upset because the receptionist just kept saying I'm sorry. I asked her why the dentist left before seeing my daughter knowing she had an appointment with her and she just kept saying, I'm so sorry, I'll text her. What?? Text her?? Call her!! Decided to get my daughter help elsewhere before I lost my cool. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! If this is how they treat people who need their help I hope they lose business or learn how to treat people better because they are horrible and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! When we arrived there the receptionist asked my daughter, wasn't your appointment at 3:00?? What!?! My daughter showed the text/email confirming her appointment (receptionist says, oh I believe you) really how nice of you!! How professional (again) on trying to blame the patient for their lack of caring. Only need 2 words to describe Gold Coast Dental UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If I was able to give ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 !!!!! The hours are 7am-7pm..... how is that possible when the dentist leaves at 3:30 and there is no one else there for the patients???

They just tried to get my boyfriend (who didn't know what it was) to sign up to their payment plan and they didn't even explain to him what it was. All they said was to fill it out and that's it. They don't care about your health they just want money. Horrible place .

I havent been to the dentist in 10 years! But i am very glad to have stumbled upon gold coast dental. Dr. Kkit was so professional i felt good knowing he was going to be the one who fixes my smile. His assistant Orlando made sure to get the checklist for my teeth done and made sure i was taken care of. Nancy at the front desk sat downtown and spoke with me and helped me with every question and concern i had. And not to mention ms. Cristin! the office manager i believe, she was soo calming to be around, she is professional, and not to mention a "total fox" i would definitely recommend stopping by for a visit. I felt really good about coming here. Thanks Guys

It was a great experience, I've neglected my oral care because of past experiences with other dental offices, and I got to Gold Coast Dental in an dental emergency, they took good care of me and set expectations right for my follow up appointment, the personnel is very attentive and their service level is extraordinary! Im glad I found them online.
