One of the worst dentists. DR. Mili Patel is a bad provider. I made an appointment for an emergency (tooth infection). I was in terrible pain. I arrived on Saturday morning at 6:30 am (I have been told to arrive at that time to be the first seen by the dr.) and they open at 7. I have to wait for her while she was cleaning something in her hands for more than 15 minutes. I asked when she will take care of me. She did not care and kept cleaning the thing in her hands. After that, she started with another patient and I was left "later" in extreme pain. When finally my turn came I was crying with the pain. She took my mouth and examine it for 3 seconds. No pain killer, no help to alleviate the pain at all. She charged me $75.00. I asked why I have to pay? my insurance has no co-pay. She said, "is for my diagnostic and Rx". I ask "are you going to give me the Rx? "No I will provide you with the prescription" After taking the Rx she prescribed I started having itchy and rash on my arms. The infection is still there and now I have an allergy too. I never in my life had an allergic reaction to Rx. She prescribed me two different antibiotics to be taken at the same time. Never in my life has another dr. prescribed me 2 antibiotics.

Would not recommend coming here. They quoted me $1900 for a crown, i was very hesitant and felt pressured to make a split second decision while the receptionist just stood there looking at me while I was thinking, she then left and came back and discounted it down to $1100??? They were not upfront and honest, tried to charge me an extra $800? thats a lot of money to be able to just knock off when someone is feeling hesitant. Definitely got a bad taste in my mouth from this office, would not recommend and feel like they definitely take advantage of people.

Place was a mess, took them 40 min to verify insurance even though I sent insurance info prior, then once admitted the xray lady took incorrect photos. Dr made insults at said xray once he arrived and honestly that place is such a dump. All the filing cabinetry, ceiling tiles, cord routing was disastrous. Not a chance im letting someone touch my mouth if they can handle a sterile or even sterile looking environment.

I've had two visits so far at this location. My first visit was nice, Dr. Patel was very kind and the front desk receptionist was also kind and made sure to tell me everything I needed to know and what the costs would be. My second visit was for a wisdom tooth removal and they were very helpful to make the process smooth. The doctor who took out my wisdom teeth was very kind and it was quick. The only thing that made me feel annoyed was one of the workers who was insensitive to my reaction for needles. I didn't say anything about my fear of needles because I was trying to work through it but his attitude towards it didn't help. Overall, it was a good two visits so far and I'm feeling pretty okay after the wisdom teeth removal.

We had such amazing experience with the Orange Gold Coast team! Taking a 7 year old to the emergency dentist is never easy and you all made the experience so seamless. Special shout out to Ashley, Kelia and Terri for being so patient and going above and beyond for my daughter. Also, Dr. Saliba you are one of a kind and we are forever grateful for all of the effort you put into taking care of my daughter. Thank you so much!

My experience with Gold Coast Dental has been great so far. The staff is friendly, and welcoming. I'm a new patient since I moved to a new city. They've really helped me get back on track with my dental health after going without any care since before COVID. I'll update this if anything changes.

Went in due to a gum infection and a tooth growing in my gums on top of a full row of teeth, Dr. Patel said she "didn't know what to do" and you can see in the X-ray a tooth is obviously coming in, she gave me antibiotics and set me an appointment with an orthodontist a week later and when I arrived the orthodontist told me she left a note that said "braces consultation" how does pain from a supernumerary tooth mean I want braces?!!! And they gave me antibiotics again and the swelling still hasn't gone down.

Everyone at God Coast Dental in Orange is so nice and professional. Dr. Follico was amazing. He made the whole experience fun, even though he had to pull a tooth. The office is clean and the entire staff was so sweet. I'm love this place.

Dr. Loomis and his staff were very professional and get things done! Zero waiting around. I came in for a consult for an implant and left the same day 50% of the implant done. Dr Loomis had a tough extraction before he could get started on the implant and I felt zero pain through the entire procedure. He periodically kept me informed of where we were in the process which I appreciated. I couldn't be more happy with Gold Coast Dental. GCD has won my business. Thank you Dr Loomis! Upfront staff Cindy and Ashley couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Thank you

Busy place but efficient staff to accommodate you. Experience with the dentist and dental technician was great, they walked me through the process and explained options and treatment very well.

Very unpleasant experience. The front desk staff are not very sharp and poorly communicated the legal forms. No one explained a notice of confidentiality or privacy practices. They requested signature on a vague form that didn't specify what the signature was for. When pressed, staff kept providing inconsistent explanations and explanations that were inaccurate with the law. Front desk staff made things very difficult. Prices seemed okay but not great. Was told that any extraction required a bone graft and that two teeth were definitely saveable given a root canal, but this was without disclosing that root canals may not be successful and why bone grafts are necessary for all extractions. Won't be going back, mostly because the front desk staff were a nightmare.

Bait and switch, pure and simple. I was getting a deep cleaning, which I was quoted $550 by the representative working the front desk. The next day during my appointment, after they filled me with novacaine and in the middle of the procedure, they informed me that the actual cost was $1231. When I informed them that the receptionist had told me different the day before, the person trying to get me to sign forms in a drug altered state said, "Oh, well did you sign anything with that price?" No, your representative at her word. Don't use this place. Bait and switch.
