Most of our patients come from Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro, Indian Land, and FortMill. Our professional team of pediatric dentists focus on a growth guidance plan for every child, preventative services and deal with their dental trauma; creating a comfortable environment for the children while giving dental care of the highest quality.
Dr. Sonam Shah is originally from Augusta, GA, and her family moved to Fort Mill, SC while she was in college. She attended Emory University, where she majored in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. After undergrad, Dr. Shah went on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014.
Dr. Shah realized that working with children, and especially helping those with special needs, was what she enjoyed most, and she decided to become a pediatric dentist. She completed her residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans in 2016 to gain advanced pediatric training and education, which included training for in-office sedation, operating room cases, and treating children with special needs. She is an active member of the AAPD and the ADA.

Dental cavities are on the rise in young children. Cavities at an early age can be prevented! The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry recommends visiting a dentist when the first tooth comes in and no later than 12 months of age. An early visit to our office allows Dr. Shah to establish a relationship with your child and review dos and donts to maintain good oral health!

Our family just moved her from NY and my son just had his first appointment here on Thursday after being seen by the same dentist for the last 6 years back home and I can't say enough about this practice. All the staff was extremely pleasant and inviting. The waiting room had Disney Plus playing on the TV (which my son loves ) and had a fun magnetic board for the kids to use while waiting. Once we went out back the inviting environment continued with the assistant Bre (I believe) whom cleaned his teeth followed by Dr. Shah for the exam. My son can't wait for his next 6 month visit and for another squishy toy! And PS the kids corner was soooo adorable!

This dentist office is so amazing and so professional! We love Dr. Shah and the staff. We are always welcomed with a smile, and we leave happy. I'm so glad we found this office and my kids are not afraid to go to the dentist and they are very comfortable here. They are true experts!!!Thank you so much!!!! Highly recommend!

Not that great. The staff were super nice and helpful so no problem there. I didn't care for the office itself. The waiting area consists of one large white ottoman with the upholstery flaking off it everywhere. They did have a tv and put a movie on for our little guy but that was it. I understand either world being nits right now they can't have toys out but i was just not a comfortable place to wait. Our appointment was also running well over 30 minutes late which is tough with a bored toddler. Once in the back I was seated on a stool right beneath a super loud tv ( I understand the kiddos have this on for their appointment ) but it was so loud that i had hard time hearing what the dentist was even saying . I think it's only a few months old so I'm sure they will work these kinks out but i will go to a different dentist . Staff was great , set up not so much.
