Dr. Raj Gohill brings the education and experience that patients need for a successful and safe orthodontic journey. He earned his B. Sc from the University of Calgary 1994, after which he went on to earn his DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry 1998. In 2001, he graduated with his MS University of Oklahoma earning both a Master of Science and a certificate in orthodontics at the masters level.
A specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Dr. Gohill is able to take on standard treatments but also specialize in complex cases with numerous challenges unlike general dentists who perform orthodontic treatments or online purveyors that distribute orthodontic treatments without such knowledge.
After dental school, Dr. Gohill completed a 1-year GPR (General Practice Residency) at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, where working hand-in-hand with specialists deepened his knowledge of the complexities of many types of orthodontic cases.
Dr. Gohill has been providing superior comfort and results in his own practice since 2001. From 2012-2013 he served as president of SFAO South Florida Academy of Orthodontists. He is a member of AAO American Association of Orthodontists, FAO Florida Association of Orthodontists, ADA American Dental Association, and several other highly recognized professional groups.
He continues to advance his expertise and contribute to the field of knowledge by giving orthodontic lectures to hygienists, students, and dentists, as well as attending seminars and lectures all over the country in collaboration with other top professionals.

Carla has been a treatment coordinator for Gohill Orthodontics for 15 years. Known for her sense of humor, Carlita loves to socialize and can frequently be spotted at events in Miami Beach. She also loves to cook; Carla often tests new recipes with her five grandchildren, or brings in dishes to share with staff and patients.
A Staten Island native, Jen joined our team 2 years ago but has been certified as an orthodontic assistant for 18 years. Her favorite part about working at Gohill is getting the chance to bond with patients and families. In her spare time, she hangs out with friends and family, travels, exercises, and does makeup for special events.
Denise has been part of our team for 4 years. With family roots from Ecuador, Denise is a Miamian, a mother of two beautiful kids. She loves to bond with the kids we work with and working alongside our staff is one of her favorite things about her job. Denise is always looking for new activities and ways to keep us together as a team. Shes the life of the party.
With more than 27 years of experience, Maria leads Dr. Gohills clinical team. She is committed to patient satisfaction, always researching the latest orthodontic techniques and technologies. A native of Colombia, Maria loves spending time with her three sons, daughter and grandson. She also enjoys reading and is always looking for new house projects.
Brittney, originally from New York, has been with Gohill for a year. Her favorite thing about her job is celebrating when patients get their braces removed and reveal their new smiles. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with friends and family, and to practice her passion, which is singing.
From Venezuela, Vanessa has been with Gohill for 3 years as a dental assistant and is also certified in x-rays and CPR. She loves to be a part of transforming someones smile, as well as providing comfort and reassurance during the process. When time permits, her favorite things to do are spend time with her husband, travel, bake, and play the violin.
Originally from Nicaragua, Sarah has been with us for 2 years and is currently in college. She loves the collaborative, family-like environment at Gohill. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing Crossfit and photography.
Alejandra joined Dr. Gohills team in 2012. In addition to her role as a clinical assistant, she manages the offices social media profiles. Alejandra is from Colombia. Outside of work, she enjoys playing beach volleyball, rollerskating and traveling.

5 members of my family has had their orthodontist work done in this Office. 6 years ago my braces was removed I went back today because my retainer broke. The office was Immaculate as usual the staff was awesome and the atmosphere was calming. Dr. Godhill is up to date with the newest technologies I didn't have to use the nasty tasting goo to make a mold model of my teeth it was digitally. Great place for all your orthodontist needs.

Very disappointed with Dr. GoHill response, and lack of accountability for not ensuring we understood what would happen if retainers were made while the patient gums was swollen. Dr. GoHill came off as if we(My 12 Year Old and I) was at fault for his staff, and himself for not informing us properly. Not to mention when we starred having issues I called MULTIPLE times to speak with him I never received a call back. But that wasn't addressed! After receiving these retainers in which he acts like he is doing us a courtesy by giving them to us. If any issues arise we will use another Orthodontist! You should never talk around the parent and speak to a child as if they make decisions.... It was rude, and I felt totally disrespected! Most of our visits went without issues but this incident made me feel as if though at this point he knew we had my money and he could careless how I felt. I want to be fair with the stars but if I had to rate him I would give him 1 star...... He lacks chairside manner especially when everything was not explained to us..... No bleaching trays as promised, and ill fitting retainers..... And to tell us you had to give retainers so as a Dr. you felt the best thing to do was make retainers for swollen gums will never make sense to me..... I'm not impressed and I wouldn't recommend moving forward!

Dr Gohill and his staff are fantastic! Been looking for a great doctor a long time even in New York, met a lot, and it's hard to find everything in one package like they offer at Gohill. Completed my braces treatment back in early high school (over 10 years ago). Still come back when my retainer breaks and it's like seeing friends from long ago. Wouldn't/couldn't imagine going to another orthodontist.

Best orthodontist in south Florida!! I'm obsessed with perfect teeth and with time and our teeth constantly moving throughout life, I find myself coming back to Dr. Gohill for a quick Invisalign treatment. I'm a return patient and 15 years since my first treatment, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I don't even live in town any longer but would choose Dr Gohill any time. Bonus points for the wonderful staff that after so many years remembered me -- a great experience all around!

Process was smooth, well organized, office looks light and more spacious. I did not have to make any unnecessary physical contact. I like the fact a mini station was at the front door to check temperature and make hands sanitized prior entering the office. Great team work as always.

The staff are kind and gentle. My daughter was nervous before getting her retainer. The dentist and staff made her feel comfortable and took the time to explained the process to her. She did not feel a thing and had her retainer on in less then 30 minutes. It was such a positive experience for both her and I.
