By far one of the best experience my kids have had with a dentist. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids. I only wish they could open a spot for my 13 year old daughter :) ...

So I was not going to post a review but after the the call I received today here it goes... In October I had to take my daughter in for a tooth to be pulled..I went to global because they are pediatric and when I had spoken to them months ago when I first brought her in they said that they would handle pulling her tooth in a non traumatic way...well that was not the case...as they had me hold my screaming child down while they pulled her tooth and then proceeded to rush us out of the office with her mouth still bleeding and her screaming and crying and I had to sit in my truck for 45 minutes trying to calm her down and wait for the bleeding to stop!!! The dentist also said she will forget she's only 2...wrong every morning to this day she wakes up and says mommy I not go to the dentist I don't want my tooth pulled...and when we drove past their office she's cries and says I don't want to go to the dentist...I will not go back and will not recommend them to anyone! Today they told me sometimes it's best to just rush out and to get out of that environment...best for who certainly not my daughter they failed her and I can't tell you how much mom guilt I have and how sad I am for my daughter to have to go through something so unnecessarily awful!!!

We had a "less than impressed" experience at another pediatric dentist in the area, which resulted in one of my children having to be held down and crying during the exam, so we decided to give Goebel a try after asking a few friends. We were very, very HAPPY with their visit to Goebel. The dentist was understanding of my child's past negative experience and took the time to make her comfortable with him and made adjustments. The environment was inviting, the staff was very friendly, and I thought the fees were very reasonable (we do not have insurance). Very pleased!

THE BEST PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS! Hands down the best, most attentive, caring group work there. They continue to make my kids feel welcome and unafraid. When you are under their care you are family.

We have been sending our kids here for 5 years and the staff and service is amazing. All my kids can get a cleaning at one time and the doctors are so affirming to my kids and sing them songs to make them comfortable. The Goebels are amazing and so generous to their patients!

The issue is Operations- The Billing side of Goebel sure was disappointing. Every practice is able to provide EOB (Estimate of Benefits) when they have access to the desired treatment plans and your current Dental Policy. When the practice says come back, get these fillings done ETC., it's absolutely ethical to give parents an idea of what they can expect to pay after their INS pays. All modern Dental practices have access to this information, if they choose to, and can share it before the procedures are even scheduled. Someone needs to be hired/cross-trained to execute EOBs, make courtesy calls to parents or even consult them on future billing when you schedule treatments outside of normal cleanings. Instead, you're handing treatment plans with medical codes over to very busy parents and playing off the fact that most do not understand how to use them or even price shop you (by far not the cheapest in-town) The staff however, has phenomenal bedside care, my boys adore all of them. The dental work has stood up so far. This to me is truly an Ethical Operations issue.

Thanks to the Goebel Dentistry team, my children have become adults who have no fear of the dentist. The Goebels and staff are kind and friendly. I've always been greeted with grins by my kids when they hear they have a dentist appointment coming up!

Dr. Mike and his staff did a great job. My daughter was less than cooperative and they were able to get her filling done. I greatly appreciate their efforts and skill!

I always had horrible experiences at dentists as a child. I didn't want that for my son as it became a lifelong fear of dental work. At Goebel, they take such good care of him that he actually ASKS to go to the dentist even after one cavity filling he had done. I will always recommend taking kids here.
