Born and raised in Pasadena, Dr. Ohanian attended Maranatha High School, where he graduated at the top of his class. He went on to study biological sciences at the University of California, Irvine, and later earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California, graduating with high honors. After dental school, Dr. Ohanian fulfilled his lifelong dream and completed an orthodontic residency program at Columbia University in New York City. There, he earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics upon completion of the elite three-year orthodontic specialty program. He is proud and honored to be the only Ivy League trained and Board Certified Orthodontist in Pasadena. Upon graduation, Dr. Ohanian felt strongly about moving back to the Rose City, where his roots are, to be close to his family and friends and give back to the community by transforming smiles.
Commitment to learningTo stay up to date with the latest in orthodontic advances and better serve his patients, Dr. Ohanian regularly attends continuing education courses and remains active in various national, regional and local professional organizations, including the American Board of Orthodontists (ABO), the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO), Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO) and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society (SGVDS). He is a Gold Plus Provider of Invisalign and is highly trained in treating patients of all ages, children and adults alike. He is also one of the few orthodontists who offer lingual orthodontic treatment.

Our office is high-tech, featuring digital X-ray machines and digital scanners to minimize radiation exposure to patients and digital scanners to minimize unpleasant and uncomfortable impression molds.
GO Orthodontics has been designated by Invisalign as one of their top offices. Earning the title of a Diamond Invisalign office. We use Invisalign's digital scanner, the Itero, which scans your teeth using a laser and ensures that we get the best possible aligners for you.

My bottom permanent retainer broke, so I urgently needed to find a dentist to repair it. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the entire experience was very smooth. Everyone at the office was pleasant and professional. Plus, they repaired my retainer for free. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. O. is amazing - careful, caring and very knowledgeable... and the whole staff is tops. They are lovely efficient and helpful every visit. I couldn't be happier with how my Invisalign treatment went. Highly recommend Dr.O.

Orthodontics can be a long journey but it is so worth it. As much as we all wish we could snap and have perfect teeth, that's not currently possible. So if you're going to put a time and monetary investment into your smile, I highly recommend doing so at Go Ortho. Without a doubt, THEE friendliest and most knowledgeable front desk staff I have ever encountered. I always felt so welcomed when I walked through the doors at Go. They really make you feel valued. The techs are also very skilled and kind. Dr. O has been a great practitioner and I have really enjoyed his approach and willingness to work with wherever I have been at when I came to see him. Would absolutely recommend this office for any and all your orthodontic needs.

Go Orthodontists was amazing from the very beginning and each step along the way! Everyone in the office is so friendly. The front desk staff knows you by name and they are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. They even called other patients to switch appointments when I had a scheduling conflict. I am beyond happy with the outcome of my teeth and never imagined having such a great experience with braces! Highly recommend x1000!

My 9, now 10 year old, was referred to Go Orthodontics for braces. Turns how he needs two phases of treatment for braces. We just finished phase 1 and the process has been smooth, easy to follow, and they were clear about all the steps. No surprises. Feel very comfortable coming back to get his full set of braces for phase 2 when it's ready.
