Highly impressed with the level of compassion, professionalism and care from the front office to the back. I am a patient with a lot of needs and anxiety so I felt very much at ease with this team. Starting with my first call, Cindy took the time to kindly and compassionately answer all of my crazy questions. I insisted on meeting the doctor before scheduling and she was more than happy to accommodate me so I scheduled an appointment. All the other dentists I called said I had to schedule first. She was able to get me in on a cancellation the same day. When I walked in the front desk greeted me with the warmest welcome and huge smile and had the time to chat with me a little bit while filling out my forms. Then I met my new hygienist Molly. Oh golly MOLLY!!! She is FANTASTIC!!!! Not only did she do a superb job cleaning my teeth, she connected with me on a personal level that just made me excited for the next time to see her. Then the doc came in with some bad news. His chair side manor and calm demeanor calmed my nerves and I went from tears to chuckles in just a few seconds. This is a 5 star dental team and I am happy to have found them.

2022 Always the best to me. So polite and friendly and that is very comforting. Has been my dentist for many years now. Every single person I have met and I think I have met all, lol, seem nice, know what they are completely doing, and can answer your questions or get someone who can. Wonderful group. I highly recommend. Posted 2021. You guys are the best. Dr. Hauptman Is a wonderful dentist. He is patient, very kind, and talks to you. The staff that works along side of him are just as nice and so kind. They all make you feel relax and comfortable. I have had bad experiences with dentist because of my anxiety. I started seeing Dr Hauptmann 4 yrs ago I believe, might be closer to 5 yrs now, but I told him and the staff all about it. It left me not trusting dentist. The first couple of times I do remember my anxiety getting bad and I was feeling like I was about to loose it. However, they could tell what I was feeling and instead of making it worst they would start talking me through it. My anxiety would start easing up and they could feel me relax. Now they always ask me if I am doing ok or do we need to stop for a second. We don't have to. They always put me at ease now. I thank them so much for caring enough to make me feel comfortable. I have an aunt who has anxiety also and has had the same experience with dentist as I have. She now drives about 2 hours just to see them. I would and do recommend them to anyone. You guys are the best. Keep up the awesome job.

So glad I chose Gluckstadt Family Dentist as my new dentist! They location is convenient, the staff is super friendly, I had a thorough cleaning, and the business is very clean. Highly recommend!

Gluckstadt Dental has provided the best service. If you can enjoy and dental visit, it will be here. Dr. Hauptmann is so gentle. I think his whole goal is for you to NOT feel anything. I highly recommend this Dentist and his staff. Always kind, courteous and helpful. Please give them a call!!!

Pleasant staff, no long waiting time, helpful dental assistant and dentist. The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. At checkout the staff was very informative and helpful. I will be returning. I recommend them.

I had the best experience with Gluckstadt Dentistry Friendly staff Beautiful waiting area My dentist Dr. Hauptman explains everything about your procedure and what to expect and interacts with you making sure you are ok as he works Great job have already referred 2 people
