Dr. Martinez was always drawn to the medical field and helping people, but he wanted to choose a career that would also allow him to enjoy his life outside of work. Dentistry seemed to be a perfect fit. He likes how hes able to work a regular five-day week just like everyone else, plus hes able to make a real difference in peoples lives by improving their health and confidence at the same time.
Dr. Martinez attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his bachelors of science in Biology. It was here where he started to develop an interest in dentistry. After many hours of observation in dental offices, he realized it was the career he wanted to pursue.
He eventually graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2010 and practiced in Michigan for almost two years. After spending most of his life in the north, it was time for a change, and a move to Texas would bring him to his new home.
Dr. Martinez is fluent in English, Spanish, and he is currently studying Italian. His biggest interest outside of dentistry and learning new languages, however, involves staying healthy. He works out and practices yoga most days of the week, and he has recently started running and doing archery. Hes always happy to pick up new hobbies so he can learn different skills and meet a more diverse group of people. He also enjoys traveling and visiting family in Mexico and Chicago whenever he can.
Judy is the proud mother of four children, and she describes her family as a little crazy and so much fun. At home, she loves being Nana and playing with her grandchildren. She also loves dogs and likes to raise labradoodles.
For Tonya, nothing is more important than building relationships with her patients. She just loves that she gets to educate people about their dental health and give them a pristinely clean smile. A graduate of Texas State University, she received her hygiene training from Tarrant County College, and shes now certified in nitrous oxide sedation, OSHA, and CPR.
Tonya is married and describes her husband as a selfless, kind-hearted firefighter, and she says that their two boys are the loves of her life. Nothing makes her happier than to go camping or bake something delicious for her family. If you need any new recipes, be sure to ask her!
Lori brings a wealth of skill and experience to our team as she has been working in the dental field for more than 30 years! She attended Baylor University and graduated from the Caruth School of Dental Hygiene. Even after all of these decades in dentistry, she still says that her favorite parts of the job are meeting new patients and getting to work with a wonderful team.
Originally from Midlothian, TX, Lori has been married for 32 years to Ben, and they have two grown children, Cole and Abby. When not in the office, she enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with her precious granddaughter.
He describes his family as loud and loveable, and youll see that this perfectly suits Alex! He currently lives in Duncanville with his wife, Kristine and their son Sonny, and he loves anything having to do with musicbe sure to ask him about his guitar playing!

Glow Family Dental is a premier dental care operation. I have been a patient here for 5 years and the service level at this office extremely exceeds my expectations. I have been coming here for years. I have seen the transition from Dr. Malone to Dr. Martinez and the quality of service is still wonderful. The entire office staff has been here pushing 30 years, which if you know doctors offices, shows how well the team enjoys their position and how well they're treated. From cleanings to complicated dental work, everyone here are true professionals. They are very enjoyable people as well!

This is my second time going for a check up and everything has been great so far! At my Initial visit Dr. Martinez recommended to replace one of my fillings and was so gentle throughout the treatment.Honesty about dental work is important to me because I've been to other places that will add treatment to make extra money off of you. Dr. Martinez and his staff are the sweetest people and always make you comfortable. I bring my toddler with me and they make him comfortable as well while he waits on me.

This is such a cozy and welcoming dentist office. Both of the hygienists have cleaned my teeth and they each took their time and made sure to get absolutely everything instead of just rushing through the motions. The dentist, Dr Martinez, has done a couple of fillings and a crown on me and did a great job! If you're looking for a place that feels like home, this is it!

I just moved to the area and was so happy to have found a great dentist in Dr. Martinez and his team. They were all so friendly and really thorough. I went for the works--x-rays, cleaning, etc--after being away for 2 years from Covid and have to admit I was kinda scared. But it was great, they didn't judge me for not flossing and made me feel part of the fam. Learned some new tips too.

No one should dread going to the dentist! If you do you need to reconsider the office you go to. Dr. Martinez took over Dr. Malone's office. To carry on the characteristics of Dr. Malone's office is a big task to fill! He has done a great job of carrying on Dr. Malone's practice. I would not consider going anywhere else!

I am very happy with my visit. I was having trust issues from other dental offices trying to sell me enhancements instead of just helping me take care of what I have! I'm very happy with the atmosphere and the care they provided!
