Dr. Sulaiman is a professional. I went in for my first appointment today, and the experience was a couple of notches up from those with my previous dentist. Dr. Sulaiman explained the current status and my needs clearly and respectfully. He was patient, positive and cheerful. Anna at the front desk was excellent, too, in terms of greeting and setting me at ease. Keep it up!

The staff here is very helpful. The office is always clean and smells nice. Anna at the front makes sure you get the treatment you need at the convenience of your busy schedule, and she's so sweet! Dr. S treats you like family and makes sure you are numb well before a procedure. I would recommend this dentist office!

First time here and was made very welcome by Anna. Very relaxing atmosphere especially the massage chair . The dentist did a very thorough exam and went over every detail with me while Ann took notes for me to take home and study . I wasn't pushed into getting things done and that what I really liked as most dentists try to get you to get things done that don't need done. Will definitely be using this dentist from now on . 5 stars are well deserved for all staff here .

My first visit to this dentist was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. Anna made me feel welcome and comfortable right away. She helped me complete the forms before my visit, making for a seamless experience. Ashley, the dental hygienist, treated me like family, from the scans to the dental cleaning. She ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. My teeth have never been this white before from just a dental cleaning. Dr. Sulaiman was very professional and informative during my examination. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions. I appreciated his transparency and could feel his sincerity throughout. This office and it's staff are truly 1 of a kind! Dr. Sulaiman takes the time to explain to you what the steps are in your treatment and he's absolutely fabulous with the littles! The assistant is such a kind hearted lady and also does really great with the little one's too. She so patient and kind. The front desk is always so kind and accommodating. I've tried a few different dentists in west Plano and out of state but Dr. Suleiman was by far the best. Never had a dentist who truly cares about the patient first. He does the cleanings himself and takes plenty of time to explain your xrays and oral health. Been to him twice and plan on having him as my family dentist going forward. No gimmecs and no effort for forceful upselling of services and products. Just genuine care.
