I have never had to wait more than 5 to 10 minutes for them to call my son back to be seen. They put braces on his teeth and have taken very good care of him. The staff is understanding and very kind!

If you can I would go literally anywhere else. Aside from being rude they are constantly late, they have randomly closed the office and call no one to inform them and left a dozen people in the parking lot who all had to take time off work and school to be there. They lack any sort of communication or time management. If you have anywhere to be don't plan on being there on time after coming to this orthodontist. They are quick to charge your card for payment and tell you they won't be ready for you for another day. I would give this place Zero stars if I could but unfortunately they have to have One star. I truly feel sorry for anyone unfortunate enough not able to afford better than this Orthodontist.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The only reason why I'm giving it a 1 star is because the doctor was great. I had a pleasant consultation with Dr. Edgar. HOWEVER the STAFF are so rude, disrespectful and discriminative. I will never set foot in there again. I called a couple times to speak with the doctor or management and it's been several months and NOBODY has reached out to me.I called again today. The front desk are very unprofessional. They hung up on me prior to this. I heard them rudely talking about patients who kept calling while sitting out in the lobby when I was there. I was treated HORRIBLY while with my kids one of whom has a disability! I asked for a complaint number but all they want to know is who I'm complaining about and for what reason so they could hang up and GOSSIP with other staff members. Please know two of the nurses were very DISCRIMINATIVE!

He got his Braces off today and Thanks to the Doctor and staff my grandson has a beautiful smile! I definitely recommend Global Smiles to do your Children's braces.

These are a group of wonderful professionals who love what they do and it shows through the care they provide. We saw them on a regular basis over 2 years and we could not be happier with the experience. Not just the doctors but the staff as well. I feel they are courteous, trustworthy, and communicate well with the families to meet the needs of the patient, in this case my daughter. My daughter's, now beautiful, smile is all I need to know I made the right choice in bringing her to Global Smiles. Being a retired health care professional myself, I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Dr. Mendieta and his staff are AWESOME! Two of my 6 children have been patients and I couldn't be more pleased with their results. I know where to go when the others are ready for their orthodontics. Thank you Dr. Mendieta.

This place is amazing... I have two children that I have taken here and the staff is amazing and the DR... Is so nice, kind, friendly and very Personable. I have followed him from his first office to his second location and it looks wonderful.... Great place to go and I highly recommend Global smiles

Let's see where do I begin? Nice looking office but certainly wouldn't return for services. From my first initial phone call with a snarky, condescending receptionist in scheduling by the name of Shawntel I was skeptical about coming into their office. She was asking pre-Screening questions in which I felt she was vetting to turn me away because I'm an adult on Caresource-Medicaid. I clearly express that these are things the Doctor should go over with me and she makes a smart remark stating "We're just trying to see if you're a good candidate for our office." and immediately places me on hold. Once she returned back on the line I request that the office manager contacts me for scheduling and day two after asking I never got called! So I decided to call the office TODAY and they squeezed me in right before lunch hour, Shawntel whom moved my appointment up sits on the phone once I start asking questions about braces and my insurance coverage, states CareSource wouldn't make an exception even if medically appropriate or necessary and that she "thinks " coverage for braces stops at 19. I corrected her that the typical age is 21 and she just non-chalantly acts like her giving wrong info is acceptable and says "19 or 21, it's somewhere around that age." You can't be incompetent when it comes to matters such as these. Someone can miss out on coverage from your lack of knowledge! I figured I'd wait to express all of my concerns once I got there to the doctor... but wait it doesn't get better. I check in at the front lobby which I over hear several of their staff discussing scheduling and I guess a day in which they'd be understaffed. They we're very loud and one of the girls was extremely displeased and made remarks about how it's "petty as hell" and how unhappy she was especially since she was training. The complaining exceeded 5 minutes in which it led to the girl storming around with an attitude. Very unprofessional. So once I get called back I'm treated like herded cattle. I get an X-ray by one of the assistants and told the dr will come discuss with me. He comes over and sits down after viewing my X-ray and asks me what did my dentist tell me and has me explain my X-ray to him. He didn't give me recommendations until I asked and pretty much passed me off to another office because my case seems a bit too complex for them. I was told they don't handle cases such as mine. I wasn't even there for 10 minutes once I was called Back. I sat in the lobby listening to complaints longer than being seen and the Dr. just wasn't very helpful either! I should've trusted my gut and just avoided them from the first call. I'm glad I can warn other people!

hello! i just had a question for global smile, i was wondering how many appointments it takes to get the braces on, someone told me it could take up to 6 appointments! mine is on friday but i don't know if im getting the braces on friday?
