I don't think words alone can express the feelings that you have upon completing an all on four procedure at Global implant dentistry. It would be hard pressed to be able to find another facility that could put your mind at ease and give you the tools necessary to pursue this endeavor, I know that it is a huge decision. I personally am so thankful that the cosmos aligned and led me to this superior dental practice, everything about my experience here was absolutely stellar. I encourage anyone suffering and on the fence about investing in a new start to give these people a chance, you will receive top notch care in a pristine environment, these people exude kindness and compassion and really understand what you are going through. It's a big investment and a lot to wrap your head around, I know..I get it. But if it is at all feasible to you personally and your at that point.. You should absolutely pick up the phone and see what these kind folks can do for you. Best of wishes and accolades to the entire team involved at this amazing operation I give you all my gratitude.

If you want an All-on-4 replacement of your teeth, this is the right method and the right place to do it. Global does a 24-hour replacement (surgery on day 1, permanent teeth on day 2; they have their own lab onsite), with follow-up in 2 weeks, and (possible) reline in 4 months. The cost is far less than what oral surgeons want for the "old" method (where you're not allowed to chew for the first 3 months, you pay at least 50% more, and it takes up to a year before you have your permanent prosthetics. I had consultations with 2 such surgeons.) Dr. Vinit Joshi is great. He has a passion for this method of All-on-4, and received training from the pioneer, Dr. Paulo Malo, before he retired. My research originally led me to another pupil of Malo, but I really didn't want to travel to Las Vegas to use that practice. With more research, I finally found Global. I'm very glad that I did. The details: I had my consultation at Global on March 30, surgery on April 6, and permanent arches (upper and lower) on April 7. I needed a lot of cleanout work, so they had me under general anesthesia for almost 8 hours on day 1, which is at least double the usual time. (They also offer a twilight anesthesia, but I'm glad they nudged me toward general.) The first night I was very tender, especially my lips and the corners of my mouth. My gums did seep quite a bit, and saliva production was high. I used gauze squares to prevent the bloody seepage from becoming drool. The prescribed (and expensive) Magic Mouthwash was a great help to numb the mouth. I wish I had known to apply vaseline (or better yet, vitamin A and D ointment) to my lips right away. I had minimal facial bruising (3 points of contact on the chin, each about the size of a dime.) I tried using a cold pack, but the trade-off between the relief it provides and the extra pain from the pressure of having something pressing against the tender region, made me not repeat it very much. I did use arnica gel and arnica tablets with the doctor's blessing. I wish that was included in their instructions, so I could have stocked the tablets before surgery. When the arches were placed the next day, it felt very soothing to have almost all the raw area covered. (Arches are only 24 "teeth"; I had molars extracted beyond how far that reaches.) The arches felt solidly placed. To protect the implants, they advised to limit my food to things that could be cut with a plastic fork. I was told to use the prescribed antiseptic mouthwash (not to be confused with the anesthetic Magic Mouthwash) for a week on and a week off due to the green dye it has. (I was glad that I had been using it for the week before surgery, at my request, to help reduce my gum infection/inflammation.) I found a dye-free, alcohol-free mouthwash with CPC to use the second week. For fun, I purchased 3 flavors of gel toothpaste (although apparently any non-abrasive toothpaste is fine). During the first week I did not brush my new teeth because my gums were too tender. By the second week brushing (SOFT brush) was fine. Every day my mouth felt better, and stitches came out regularly. At the 2-week checkup, everything was great, and I got instruction on how to floss. I finally used my new WaterPik, and love the sensation, especially when I get the water to come through the gap between gums and prosthetic. I bought the Implant/Denture tip, and like to use that in addition to the standard tip. Using SuperFloss was a challenge the first time (I definitely need the floss threader for now), but the second time was manageable. I haven't had any trouble remembering to use the required Night Guard they provide. I've been very pleased with how quickly I'm healing. I did this for my overall health, but the smile is clearly better too. I have weak bone on the upper jaw, and I still feel very mild pain there when I press on the implant locations. Until that is gone, I'm choosing not to try chewing anything difficult. I want the bone to knit with the implants first. If you want/need this procedure, Global is a great place to do it.

Today I had an appointment to go in and have them do an EKG as well as an impression of my mouth for my new teeth that I will be getting Monday and Tuesday. They're very friendly and professional and they put my mind at ease about the actual surgery and how long it's going to take to recover. I'm super glad I chose Global Implant Dentistry to do this procedure. And I'm looking forward to Monday and Tuesday and sing my brand new smile.

I saw their reviews online so I called and I spoke with Jamal right away I got a very comfortable feeling with him he was extremely knowledgeable over the phone. I went in and had to have two teeth extracted they did an awesome job at a very good price. They are extremely friendly all of them very professional and they did make me feel really comfortable and confident in them so much so that I'm going back in June and having the all on 4 procedure done... I unfortunately wasn't trusting anyone after the poor dentistry I had before I went to global implant dentistry Tustin and after what they've already done for me I will not trust anybody but them to do the ALL on 4 procedure

I had a really great experience at Global, from my initial meeting with Lilly to my discussions with Dr Joshi and Dr K, everyone put me at ease. It's a big decision and one I weighed carefully. I'm glad i chose this office. Victor, Mayra, Manuela Cindy, Dr Joshi and Dr K all took care of me from day one. Life changing decisions are often difficult and weighed on cost, trust and reviews by others that have similar experiences. I hope my personal experience can help others choose Global at their best choice for implant surgery.

My experience with global dentistry was very good. I was seeing other potential surgeons to do the all on four and when I arrived at global I felt I was treated with compassion and sensitivity l. I was very self conscious about my condition with my teeth and mouth and they made me feel like they cared about me not just out to make money. The doctor took tike time to explain the whole process at each step so I knew all of what is involved. I then Made my decision to have my procedure done here at global and I was taken care of the whole time. From the time I woke up they gave me water and some protein shake while all the work gets done. And now 2 months post surgery my condition and health of my mouth has changed and my new teeth look great and all family and friends are so impressed with the result. I had prayed for so long for some help and dreamed to get new teeth and I I believe I was steered toward global dentistry to fulfill my needs.....
