he hygienist was good, office is clean, but the dentist himself was so disrespectful. And that is why I won't return. Coming in with dentist related trauma this was a lot for me. The dentist TOLD me that I was just afraid because I didn't go to the dentist regularly rather then asking me what the fear was from. The truth, I did go to a dentist regularly until a few years ago when that dentist stopped taking my insurance. The trauma comes from being pinned down by a dentist when I was a child. Then, as he's explaining about why my wisdom teeth need to be pulled, he is talking to my fiance ( who was there because of my fear) rather than me. Absolute disrespect Also, if you have mass health- do not go here. The dentist went on a rant (again to my fiance, while I sat there) that "people on that insurance cancel appointments a lot , and the insurance pays less, so a lot of dentists won't take it". I went in there with a mess of bad and missing teeth and they not only repaired all my bad teeth but gave me an excellent set of partials. I went from a mess with pain in February to a new set of teeth in April. Service and response time was top notch and very accommodating. I'd give them more stars if I could.

Global dental I've never been so happy with a dentist before. The staff is just amazing and polite. Very clean and comforting environment. I've always been so nervous to go to the dentist, but Global Dental made it so much easier for me. They take there time to explain step by step of the procedure they are going to do and answered all my questions I had. Even during the procedure asking me several times, if I was okay. They did an incredible job and so happy with the results. Thank you Global Dental!!

I don't ever want to set foot in this establishment again. People, be warned! The most unprofessional service I have ever seen in my life. If I had videoed what happened in there, I would've sued this establishment. They decided to pull 2 of my child's teeth, since it had cavity, totally fine by me. But the procedure was what shocked me. The dentist that came to do the work seemed fine at first, that is, until my child began to scream of pain while they tried to yank her teeth by force. As a mother, I was there, telling them to put more anesthesia or something. And to make matters worst, this flamboyant secretary/assistant came to me and said that, "they don't make mothers like they used to, that I was too soft and worrisome." My child was screaming with pain and the dentist yanking at her tooth wouldn't stop. It was the most horrible traumatic experience me and my child have ever encountered. I should've sued. I should've filmed. Be warned people. This place is a torture house.

Excellent Service!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for a Dentist in the area. They have been my dental office for the past few years and its been a pleasure going to them. I'm not crazy about dental work but they have kept me coming back to get work done that has been long overdue. Cleanings, fillings, root canals and crowns. They are very friendly and make you feel less nervous. Professional, friendly and very clean facility. Thank You Global Dental Staff!!!
