For the second time in as many months, I will have to have a tooth pulled after visiting this establishment. Apparently, her letting her dental assistant put on crowns is not a good thing. I am in my 50s and over the years invested a lot in my smile, braces, regular dental visits etc. I am very disappointed that the crowns were not done properly and caused decay. I had crowns done 25 years ago and they were needing to be replaced. I regret that I went there with a topical crown that I should have just let them cemented back on. The problem here is some dentists feel that they can create issues that will cause you to require more work. Look at my reviews. Rarely, do I attempt to write bad review. However, I am writing one today. I would post pictures, but that is sort of gross. People suggested that I contact the National Dental Association. I don't want anyone to lose their license but at some point people need to be professional and conduct work in a manner considerate of their profession. Now, I will have to get two implants or bridges.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE!!!! They have the office guy cleaning teeth. They are very unprofessional. They were suppose to refer my child to another dentist to get her cavities filled because one they didn't do it right when she went there. They stopped answering my calls when I called to check on the progress of the new dentist that can handle children better. Left voicemails and still no one called back. When I finally did speak with someone i had to use a different number to get through. I found another dentist and they wanted her dental records. Just don't waste your time going here.

Dr. Roberson really cares for her patient. She is a genuine doctor and her team will make you feel at home. I love it here. Her assistant that work chairside is such a hard worker.

Honestly, I have always had apprehensions about dentists. However, Dr. Roberson eased my tension and removed my wisdom tooth and I appreciate the friendliness of the office manager and staff. I plan to come back and have my other three wisdom teeth removed. I was referred to Dr. Roberson and am thankful to have come here to have her remove my tooth. Thank you, Dr. Roberson.

Waited 2 hrs to be seen by the dentist. I didn't even get a cleaning just an xray and sent to see the finance guy. They were nice but I didn't receive any care in the 4 hours I was there.

Nothing good my experience. I took Rx and I felt a lot of pressure on my teeth even on my head, when I got home and was eating my dinner I broke the tooth in which I felt pressure. I had more contact with the financial advisor than with the Dr., she only saw the rx and barely checked my teeth, the price of the very expensive revision in relation to what they do. I believe that they care more about money than the welfare of their patients. The place was not clean and some equipment was rusty and out of date. I will not come back

Nobody wants to sit in the dentist all day ! I wish they hire more people ! because this is getting ridiculous! We pay all this money for nothing!! I hate to complain because this place is black owned business! But our people have to do better.

I would like to say that,I was was truly blessed to be in the hands of Dr. Delois Roberson and her staff on May 2 2020. From the moment I walked in until I exited their premises, I was treated with the utmost respect, kindness and concern. Not only did Dr. Delois Roberson perform a fantastic job on my mouth but she called to check on me in recovery stage. Words cannot describe the feeling I got when I received the phone call I was very grateful unto GOD. There aren't enough stars to rate Global Dental Center. I have found me a dentist. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THOSE FEW NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!! I am a man of principles and character, Trust me they are TOP NOTCH. To Dr. DELOIS ROBERSON AND THE GLOBAL DENTAL CENTER STAFF THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR SUPERIOR GRADE A SERVICE. I speak increase!!! GOD BLESS AND LOVE YOU ALL.

Very slow with no sense of urgency... Came in for deep teeth cleaning on Friday and my mouth continued bleeding passed Tuesday. Appointment was at 9am didn't get anything done until 11am. Once I came back Tuesday at 10:30am guess what its 1pm now and I'm still sitting in this chair bleeding from the cleaning. It's like I'm not even here. I WILL NEVER!

This place is unprofessional and unorganized. They do not give proper instructions on proper care after a procedure. They don't take well to you calling and expressing your concerns about the service you received, pain you are in, side effects from medication you are having, etc. I had the worst experience here. Read all of the reviews before you settle on this place.

Do not go here! I waited an hour and a half after my appointment time. The dentist poked at my teeth. Then they wrote up a report about the services I needed done. They refused to do a basic cleaning and fluoride treatment (that was 100% covered by my insurance). Instead telling me I needed the more expensive package that was not covered. I asked them to just do a basic cleaning and they said it "would be a disservice to me to do the lower level teeth cleaning." Absolutely ridiculous. An hour and half for just x rays AND now I've wasted my insurance covered dentist visit so I have to wait 6 months to try again

Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THIS OFFICE!!! I had an 11:45 am appointment today, 08/12/2020. I get there at 11:45. The receptionist told me I had an appointment at 11:00. I let her know the appointment was for 11:45. I'd just received an appointment reminder text at 10:18 for the 11:45 appointment. I was told (with an attitude) that they go to lunch at 12:00. I ask why would they have an open slot for 11:45, if they close at 12:00 for lunch? I made this appointment over 3 weeks ago. She said she didn't know why. She proceeded to tell me that she would talk to him. WHO IS HIM? My appointment is with Dr. Roberson (female). Him, he would have to tell me if we can see you. HIM came out of the office, walked to get paperwork. She did not say anything to HIM. HIM looked over at me and proceeded to close the double doors. I let her know that she didn't need to worry about it, this was my FIRST VISIT and I will NEVER RETURN THIS OFFICE AGAIN. And that I will leave a review everywhere I can find to post one. Customer Service horrible!!!!! Appointment scheduling system horrible!!!! Would not recommend that anyone choose this office for their care!!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
