I have had it with this dental office. I absolutely love Dr. Glick and have been seeing him for 20 years but his front desk staff is miserable. I called last week in excruciating pain and was told that they could get me in in two weeks and put me on a waiting list. I asked them to let me know I was on the phone, but they never did. They had a cancellation today then called to move out my appointment to later today because they had a patient in pain. I seriously thought it was a joke. This is the second time I've had this happen and spent days in pain waiting for a cancellation. I'm through!

The best Dentist I've been too. I'm so sad that Dr. Rogish isn't there anymore but happy that he opened his own spot. He and Dr. Glick were really awesome Dentists and definitely helped relieve a lot of childhood trauma from that awful guy we used to go to as kids. Pulled my wisdom teeth out with no issues on his part and I was very helpful and very chill. Payment also is lenient when it comes to paying if I don't get paid until the 15th & visit on the 3rd and then they make a note to pay on the 15th so they work with me that way which I'm appreciative of. Sometimes the receptionist can be a little antisocial and rude most times but it's not worth me not going back because I don't have to deal with her rudeness for too long and Dr. Glick is awesome

Dr. Glick is a great Dentist and I hate dentists. Painlessly pulled 18 teeth in about an hour to enable me to have surgery and it cost less that half of what Cleveland Clinic wanted for the same job . I can't say enough good things about them from the front door to the back they are good and caring people.

My family has been seeing Fred Glick for 30 years and have always been satisfied with our dental care. When my husband had an emergency, he was able to get in quickly and the problem was resolved. We are very satisfied patients.

Dr. Glick is a great Dentist and I hate dentists. Painlessly pulled 18 teeth in about an hour to enable me to have surgery and it cost less that half of what Cleveland Clinic wanted for the same job . I can't say enough good things about them from the front door to the back they are good and caring people.

The receptionist are extremely rude they should not be let near customers unprofessional not welcoming whatsoever I missed a dentist appointment because I had the flu called that day and told them I wasn't going to be able to make it but they told me that wasn't enough time so they had to charge me $24 reschedule my appointment miss that one that was my fault so then I had another $25 late fee OK so now I'm at 50 they call me I answer I said I'm going to come in for a cleaning in a month so I'll pay the balance on my next visit I called to make the appointment and they told me I can't make the appointment they sent to $50 into collections without even letting me know they don't care about you all they care about is money I thought it was a family practice their worse than corporate you might as well go to Aspen dental Beware in the overcharge her insurance companies ridiculous amounts of money for any services done

Been going to Dr. Glick for years. Very fast, and he does care about you and your overall dental health . He is just not after money . I will not go to anyone else. They treat you like family there.
