I would say the receptionist on the phone was not pleasant. Very short with a slight attitude. Was looking forward to make an appointment with them for the first time, but they don't accept my insurance which is totally fine. Just wish the communication was a little better.

When the pandemic hit I realized quickly that I would need to change my doctors because all were in NYC. I found Glenwood Dentistry in a simple Google search and decided to give them a try because of their great reviews and because they were located in my town. I am so glad I did :). Dr. Wassef loves what he does and it shows. My teeth were always on the good side, but when you want to step up the level of good, it's always great to know you can confide in a professional doctor and a personable staff. I decided to get Invisalign and the whitening treatment (along with the normal routine teeth cleanings when scheduled). The hygienists, Christine and Erica make you feel at ease immediately, especially with someone who has super sensitive teeth. The front staff is very knowledgeable and the lovely Kim will always answer your questions in their entirety. I am beyond happy that I trusted in them because their quality of service and commitment to the patient are hard to find. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to forget a previous bad experience with another practice or someone looking to find their next best dentist!

Ashley the dental assistant has good side bed manners she always makes you feel comfortable during the procedure, and after the procedure.

I've been coming here for years and they haven't failed me yet. Everyone is friendly and the hygienist is so gentle which is the most important part for me. Going to the dentist used to give me PTSD, but that changed for the better when I started coming here.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Cho. Not only was he very nice, but he also did it quickly & painlessly. His staff took very good care of me. I was nervous and Kamla held my hand the whole time. She also reassured me of Dr. Cho's capabilities. I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist because of these wonderful, kind, gentle people. Also, I did not sit in the waiting room for more than 20 minutes before they called me in . Great place!!! If your scared of the dentist, go there. You won't be after you leave

Glenwood dental care their service is impeccable. My first time having an extraction, I was so nervous however the staff as u enter is genuinely compassionate and conscientious. Ms Jackie the assistant held my hand and kept assuring me that everything would be fine. Thank you Ms Jackie for your patience, incredible professionalism and empathy. I had no idea when the tooth was out, the dentist is incredible, as it was a painless process. Thank you for your exceptional dental care and customer service I will definitely recommend this office.

Completed an implant 4 days ago, it was painless... Absolutely no pain, the doctor even stopped a couple times to make sure I was comfortable... LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

I've been going to this dental office for about a year and a half now and I have no complaints. Although the office is only open Monday-Friday, it's relatively easy to make an appointment with the reception staff at a convenient time. All dentists are thorough, patient and answer all questions during the exams. The hygienist and x-ray tech also do a great job at this location. For friendly staff, good customer service and attention to detail, I give this place a solid 5.

I've been going to this dental office for about a year and a half now and I have no complaints. Although the office is only open Monday-Friday, it's relatively easy to make an appointment with the reception staff at a convenient time. All dentists are thorough, patient and answer all questions during the exams. The hygienist and x-ray tech also do a great job at this location. For friendly staff, good customer service and attention to detail, I give this place a solid 5.

Second times a charm? My first time making an appointment was a horrible experience due to failure to ask me for my updated info. After 6 months I still needed a new and improved dentist. I made a 9am appointment. I was in at 910am out at 1015 and satisfied. The front desk was helpful with havi g me retrieve records from my previous dental office. The dental assistant was such a sweetheart, but Dr. Cho!! I didn't feel rushed, he was patient, concerned with my well being and made sure I had a follow up. This is my dental office now and I'm extremely satisfied.

The staff is so warm and welcoming! I was shocked at how pleasant everyone was! From the receptionist to the dentist. I highly recommend their service. Dr Cho is phenomenal!

Yesterday I removed a wisdom tooth and got a root canal at the same time. I also got a cleaning before everything else. The amazing thing is I am not experiencing the distress that I'm usually in after an extraction, whereby not even painkillers did nothing. These guys are the best!
