So bad the staff found me on Facebook and reached out to apologize for how he treated me. I will warn anyone i can!

Called 5 months after a very painful wisdom teeth procedure about a mysteriously unpaid bill. Then the lady got mad when I was questioning her because it seemed like a scam. Just sketchy and rude people.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! terrible service I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I went for my consultation and paid them in full (self-pay) , a month later I went to my actual appointment and I was treated like a prisoner, the staff was terrible, threatening me and not making me feel comfortable in any way, how can you allow people that are threatening you and miss treating you cut into your mouth? Anyways, the lady said call back after 3 days because we have surgery's for the next 3 days, so I called them 4 days later, now they are trying to hold my money from me due to the fact of me "wasting their drs time" when my time was wasted, I'm just trying to get my money back to go somewhere else, they are basically trying to scam me. DO NOT GO HERE

My daughter and I both just had oral surgery done here. Staff was rude. Didn't keep my husband informed how me and child were doing. I got done first, they wheeled me out and just stuck me in a chair next my husbsnd, out of it, not even awake and just walked away, he was panicking that I'd fall out the chair. Later both me and child swelled up so bad and bruised worse than I had ever seen. They gave us both an antibiotic we both expressed clearly at consultation visit they allergic to. Did a horrible job stitching...Within 3 days our stitches started falling out and have exposed bone and holes. Overall worst experience ever, will not take my family back there ever again and will not recommend. Will be disputing some charges also. Not to mention no protection by staff being used to protect against Covid.

If I could I would give 2.5 stars, but I decided to be nice and round up. I saw Dr. Makowski for wisdom teeth removal. The actual surgery went smoothly, there were no complications, and he was very thorough in his consultation. Making sure to ask plenty of questions and encouraging his patients to ask questions. My one complaint is that as good of a Dr. he may be, he doesn't really have good "bedside manner". In the consultation when asking about medications/supplements he laughed and asked if i was one of those people who waste money on vitamins. I don't take any vitamins but can imagine if I was a patient who did, I would feel bad from his condescending tone. Then when I underwent the actual wisdom tooth removal surgery he was pretty frustrated most of them time and it just made me feel awkward and guilty. It started with him trying to find a vein for the IV which wasn't too bad. But during the removal, where I was mostly conscious. He kept saying what a frustrating removal it was and at one point snapped and told his assistants to be quiet because the removal was so "frustrating". Instead of politley asking for silence so he could concentrate. I ended up feeling bad and guilty during the whole process, since my teeth difficult, and couldn't wait for it to be over because of that.

My mother was his patient, but she won't be returning. Dr. Makowski's bedside manner needs much improvement. My mother is one of the nicest people in the world. She had teeth removed for a denture two weeks ago and was unable to take the pain med due to a reaction. She took Ibuprofen. She followed up due to continued pain & not being able to wear the denture. He was hurried and "bothered" and complained about his long day. She told him she had not eaten solid foods for 2 weeks and he said "well use a blender" She asked about a piece of floating bone, and he said, "Don't worry about it; your gums will heal over it." If he doesn't like his profession, perhaps he needs to find another one. UPDATE: Since this worthless appointment, my mother followed up with her dentist who removed the floating piece of bone, as the skin had not healed because of it. It had just continued to cause pain and delay the healing. Now, my mother waits another two weeks for her gum to heal due to Dr. Makowski's disinterest in her problem. It seems that he received his cash payment for the surgery, and post operative problems are just a thorn in his side. I don't think her dentist will be sending any other patients his way.

Excellent and experienced surgeon. Provides his patients' with the most effective course of treatment, and his closing techniques reduce the chance of post-operative infection. Very thorough in his techniques.

Excellent experience, very informative, I was nervous about getting a tooth extracted and getting an implant, but everything went very well, better than I ever expected, and I am so grateful for that. The follow up care is great too!

Very very poor service
