The front desk receptionist, Melissa, is extremely rude. She treated my mother, who has dementia, horrible! She is disrespectful and unprofessional. It's unfortunate because Dr. Mitoma is a very nice man who we have known for years. Having this person be the first face you see and talk to when you come in the office is doing him a disservice.

While living in CA. in the 90s, I had Dr. Mitoma as my dentist. He is by far the best, caring, dentist I have ever had. I have an extreme case of dentistphobia. Doc Glenn put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Thanks Dr. Mitoma. I appreciate the work and the ease YOU did for me.

Dr Mitoma is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is both knowledgeable and honest of what really needs to be done. You won't have to worry about having unnecessary work done like some other places.
