This is the nicest dental office I've ever been to, the staff are amazing! I needed to get in for an emergency and they were able to see me the same day. They let me know they were running behind, even though it only took an extra 30 minutes, because I had a babysitter at home! And when I was afraid (because I got a tooth pulled for the first time) they were very reassuring and encouraging and took the time to talk me through it! Great service. If you see this thank you so much.

THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A PLACE OF BUSINESS?? WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED TODAY 8/16/2022, IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE! I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES ON TWO DIFFERENT PHONES JUST TO SEE HOW LONG THEY WOULD KEEP ME HOLDING! ANGELICA ANSWERING THE PHONES WHY THEY WOULD LET HER BE THE FIRST ONE CUSTOMERS DEAL WITH IS BEYOND ME, YOUR OFFICE SHOULD PUT SOMEONE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN WHAT SHE PROVIDES, IF I GAVE SUCH HORRIBLE SERVICE TO MY CUSTOMERS, I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED!

Zero stars. Delta dental ins , I get cleaning and x-rays. Made arraignment 1 week in advance to assure cleaning was included. On day of app I confirmed that I get cleaning x-rays all OK. Got into chair and only got x-rays. Complaint to delta dental ins and Medicare ins. The dds wouldn't even talk to me

Do not go to this place. They have a history of taking advantage of insurance and customers base on their reviews. I was told my total was $1937, I have two insurance one paid $845 and the other paid $764. I paid out of pocket $530. I had a credit of $202 based on the conversation I had with office. When I told them I wanted my credit reimbursement because I was going somewhere else. They change charges and they added other unknown fees to not reimburse me. . I'm filling a consumer affairs claim. You deserve zero star!!!

Had root canal. Awesome dentist! He made sure I wasn't in pain, aways asking if I was doing ok. Highly recommend! Staff very friendly.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The office and clinic are very clean. Last but not least the doctors are kind and experienced. Its one of the few dental practices where I don't feel anxious before going. I highly recommend it.

Very pleased with my visits to Glendora Dental. I needed 2 extractions and 2 cavities filled. There was a struggle with the first extraction but was completed with no pain whatsoever. Awesome work Dr Morgan Franco. I will continue using Glendora Dental. Thank you for such a pain free visit.

Dr Franco is a very knowledgeable and professional dentist. She will go above and beyond and cares about her patient's personal needs. She's a no bs kind of Dr and that's refreshing these days. recommend her to anyone who wants it done right! (Posting on behalf of my girlfriend who's a patient)

Im only giving this place 1 star because I cant give them a ZERO. Long story short they tried to charge me 1300.00 out of pocket after insurance. I called my insurance company and they said I should only be paying 450.00 out of pocket for my procedure and that the dentist never submitted the request so they could charge me cash. My insurance company called them out on it. Anna called me back to schedule my appointment and then still tried to add another 400.00 on top of my original charge. When I started questioning her she said they weren't going to treat me because I was asking too many questions. I would never trust these people working on my teeth. I found a better dentist. Make sure and verify all of your charges with your insurance. This place is the biggest RIP OFF!

The whole staff was excellent with MY 13 year old daughter .She had a root canal and she was scared but they took their time with her. Very nice people.

They started a treatment on my husbands teeth and we waited for them to start the treatment AFTER they received the approval from his insurance. They called him saying everything got approved and he could start his treatment. He went in for 2 of the treatments and today he went in for the 3rd and they told him he needs to pay $1,125 to finish what they started!!! They said the insurance doesn't cover the rest so I called our insurance company and they stated they sent the approval for everything more than a week ago. When I called back to speak to Ana, she stated that the insurance didn't approve the rest and we need to pay $1,125 to finish what they started. I explained to her that the insurance sent them the approval and also asked WHY WOULD THEY NOT TELL A PATIENT HE WOULD NEED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET BEFORE STARTING! She said she wasn't sure why he wasn't told....oh and she is the one that discusses payments with the patients. This place is a joke. We're having our insurance company look into there dental office for fraud. They will try to collect money from patients on top of payments made to them through insurance companies.

Danielle the manager completely lacks manners or professional skills. Her attitude is quite arrogant, rude, insulting and mean spirited. Danielle always appears to be annoyed at work. She's the bad apple, that continually must have failed in public relations and patients. She chooses not to take responsibility for her errors, rudeness, demeanor and hateful attitude. She is the only employee who never smiles. NOT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB! An appropriate job should be behind the public eye as a laborer. Then. Danielle could channel all her negative energy and work it off. Obviously Danielle is Not a happy person. 2/6/19 Update on Glendora Dental Jafar Assaf, DDS sold his practice after he refused to refund my money for services Not Rendered! He charged $6000.00 for 1 bridge. I prepaid more than half before the work was done. Dr Jafar Assaf ordered a bridge then it broke immediately after he put it in. A second temporary was made and that one broke. A third one was put in and it also broke. A permanent wad ordered and it also broke. I had 2 seperate opinions from my former dentist and a recommended dentist from one of Dr. Assaf's staff. Both dentist informed me the price was 3 times the cost of the bridge. And advised me not to continue with Dr. Jaffar Assaf. When I told Dr. Jaffar Assaf I wasn't comfortable with him and I would not be returning he was very annoyed and refused to give me my portion that I paid for broken bridges. Instead of refunding the portion he had his billing manager Maria submit an additional $2000.00 Two thousand dollar bill. Dr Jaffar Assaf then sold his practice. His daughter is also a dentist. The staff stayed on with the current dentist who bought Dr. Jaffar Assaf's practice.

Worst dentist I ever been to I waited an hour and half just for them to do an x-ray then told me they need to verify my insurance and yet I have the same insurance with my kids. Their telling me this is need to be done whatever BS which I already know what it need to be done on my teeth I have to wait 4-6 weeks just to get a cleaning after they verify the insurance never coming back to this place.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Their primary concern is money to be gotten before treatment. No comparison to what can or should be done, they put you in a non comporising positions to guarantee they get paid thru obtaining outside loans. No guarantee on work nor disclosure of what is covered by ins until after work is done. Keep looking for a better dentist my bill close to $ 9000. I still had to redo prior work I had done less than 5yrs not included
