I would like to give them more than five stars here. The clinic is very clean, well designed, well organized and very nice workers. Especially the service. It takes a little bit of time for the first time but so worth it. Checking every single part of your teeth and even explain every single detail. I've never seen like this dentist, Ms. Lee. Explaining details with the x-ray and photos and making sure you are understanding. If you ask things, she explain in easy way for you to understand and even telling me what and how to do in the future to have great condition of my teeth. And the treatment was amazing too!! Very generous. Strongly suggest to go here.

I don't write many reviews but I have to say I'm very unhappy with Dr. Lee and Glendora Dental Arts. Trust me this office seemed very updated, great service, and Dr. Lee appeared very knowledgeable concerning everything; dental, working with HMO insurance and the like. The only problem was, I was always told that everything I needed done was not covered by my insurance. I had a tooth extracted (insurance covered this extraction) with a bone graph that she insisted was not covered $500. This time I called my insurance and they said the crowns were covered, and told me to tell her to call them. She said she tried but was put on hold, and told me to tell them to call her. Yeah, ok. Long story short, she wanted over $3200 for what she insisted was not covered. I went to another dentist associated with my insurance and paid less than $1000. My insurance also told me the bone graph was covered but she never submitted a claim. So if you are willing to pay triple for your dental work you are in the right place. She does have an amazing office.

Dr Lee is the best dentist I have ever gone too. My daughters have being going to a different dentist for years who said they "didn't have any cavities" for years. But they complained of tooth aches that never went away- their previous dentist insisted their phantom pain was most likely from unused muscles. When we starting going to Dr Lee last year, she discovered from some new x-rays that both girls had many cavities. We followed all her directions: treat the cavities, wait on the molars coming in and not pull out the baby teeth, and also, to wait two weeks after a some treatment on the most severe cavity before performing a root canal. I am happy to say that she was correct on all accounts. They no longer have discomfort, are cavity free and no root canal! It is also the first time I myself, had no pain from scaling -she has a very skilled touch. All the male dentists I've had in the past could not scale my teeth without causing a lot of discomfort and bleeding. It is obvious she must have years of experience and top notch training when you notice her efficiency and swiftness. And finally, every dentist I've been to before Dr Lee merely told me that I had gum disease and there was nothing they could do, and would berate me to floss more. Dr Lee didn't repeat this patroning tone, but instead, very sweetly asked me if I have any discomfort and gently pointed to the exposed open areas near or at my gums. She very kindly put me at ease explaining that some people just have weaker gums and that flossing wouldn't have prevented my reseding gum line. She then recommended a light filling for the void areas - and I am happy to report that after the small fillings, for the first time, I have no irritation in these areas that I've had since teen years, and my gums no longer bleed after flossing. Why didn't any other dentist ever catch this before, recommend this treatment and save me years of discomfort? Dr Lee is an experienced dentist with exceptional technique and the sweetest demeanor. And she did not talk me into expensive or unnecessary treatments. Quite the opposite- she told me I had straight teeth and tried to talk me out of Invisalign's and also avoided a root canal for my child. Thank you Dr Lee! You are the best!

Dr. Lee and her staff are fantastic! She practices a reasonable approach (takes time to understand your profile and history) which I generally prefer. I've had over a half dozen dentists over the years, and Dr. Lee is the best. She does not recommend a filling, additional work unless it is absolutely necessary. She understands that some folks are more susceptible to cavities than others and won't take a cookie cutter approach to your treatment options. She's also very knowledgeable and happy to go into detail about your situation if you're interested. I originally scheduled an appointment with Dr. Lee after another sub-optimal experience with a different dentist. And I am very grateful for finding her!

We have seen a lot of dentists, and the best we would give any of them is four stars. Dr. Susan Lee is an exception and worthy of five stars. She is knowledgeable and caring, and her staff follows her lead. We highly recommend Dr. Susan Lee.

This is an excellent dental office. The dentist is very thorough and thoughtful. She goes over every issue I have and carefully explains all of the work I need. Her caring nature makes me feel like I am always in good hands. The staff is very professional and friendly as well. I really liked the clean and well decorated office. I am so happy with this location also because it is really convenient for me since it is right next to 24 hour fitness. There is plenty of parking on the second floor. My appointments have always been on time. Five stars!

My daughter started Invisalign treatment. She's so excited and Dr. Lee very patiently answered all her questions. I just hope she wears her retainers. Overall, I am very happy with the office- I will keep you posted after her braces are done.

I have been coming to this location for a while now and I am very impressed with the office and service. Let's face it going to the dentist is usually not something people want to do. However, my experiences here have been pleasant. First, the office is the cleanest and most modern office I have seen and the equipment is modern compared to most offices I have been to in the past. I was very impressed. I got a cleaning and xrays and check up. Dr Lee is so kind, knowledgeable and gentle and very honest. She took a lot of time to explain my treatment and answer my questions. Also, I felt overall that her recommendations and costs were very reasonable. She is simply the best dentist I have seen. And, she is a perfectionist. Five stars!!!

Experienced and friendly dentist, professional and super sweet staff, and immaculately clean office. What more could you want! Dr Lee has a quick and painless touch, and staff is very attentive and helpful. I will be back.

I've been going to this dentist while I've had my braces and she's very professional, reviews procedures with the orthodontist for the best treatment plan. I think she's great. I just happened to mention that my general dentist was Dr Lee and my orthodontist Dr Will from Abari Ortho knee her too and he happened to mention she's a good dentist.

I came here 3 weeks ago as a new patient. One of my tooth fillings came off and didn't have pain. Dr. Lee told me she couldn't save it and had to complete it remove my tooth and that i had other issues with my other teeth next to the one i was going for! She wanted to start right away and gave me a price way to high! I noticed something was not right good thing i left without letting her doing anything i went to a different dentist and they saved my tooth and fix everything for way cheaper she was trying to charge me.Do not go here she is a money hungry she will add problems to your teeth so she can charge more! Im so glad i didn't continue with her and this new dentist is way better! Again don't go here!!!!

Excellent service. Dr. Lee was very thorough and as she numbed my gums, I did not feel any pain from the shots. Great hands! Her office accepted my insurance and the filling looks great. She has a very nice office and her staff are the best.

Dr Lee is the best dentist I have ever gone too. My daughters have being going to a different dentist for years who said they "didn't have any cavities" for years.
